I'm always looking for new and different ways to treat the ones I love and recently I found out about Chummys Bakery which offer delicious cookies, brownies & bronuts that you can get delivered straight to their door. Of course before I send these out as gifts, I had to test them for myself so recently myself and my family have been devouring these and I can confirm how delicious they taste so I just had to review them all for you with lots of birthdays and Christmas coming up, it's the perfect time to let you all know!
Chummys Bakery is an incredible bakery based in the West Midlands that offer delicious baked goods delivered straight to your door. You can either specifically choose which flavours you want or if you're completely new to Chummys Bakery or are unsure what flavours to get for yourself or a loved one, you can actually pick up a mixed box with some of their best selling flavours. All of the brownies came securely packaged in greaseproof paper and tied in string to keep them fresh and super secure during shipping. All of the cookies arrived individually packaged which has kept them super fresh during shipping and ensured there wasn't any mess when I opened the box. Whether you purchase cookies or brownies, they both come with a nutritional card that tells you what flavours you get in the box, how to store them and how to warm them up to have the gooiest cookie.
Brownies
You can either purchase the brownies in a box of 6 for £15.95 or a box of 12 for £29.50. You can choose from kinder beuno, snickers, nutella, ferrero rocher, lotus biscuit, chocolate orange, mars, original recipe, salted caramel, mint aero, triple chocolate and oreo. These were the first thing that was devoured by my family, warmed up for a brief amount of time with a cup of tea or coffee on the side, they were just perfect. While they might look on the smaller side, don't be fooled, these brownies are thick and so gooey when warmed up so they really are just the right size, even if you've got a sweet tooth. I think these brownie boxes make the perfect little treat whether it's a birthday, leaving do, for a halloween movie night or any special occasion.
Cookies
Chummys Bakery offer chunky New York cookies which are the perfect, gooey cookies to upgrade coffee time and especially with this cold weather they are just perfect for cosying up with your favourite hot drink, blanket and movie and breaking out of couple of these cookies straight from the oven. You can get a box of 6 for £17.95 or a box of 12 for £34.99 and they currently have the flavours lotus biscuit, nutella, kinder beuno, triple chocolate, white chocolate and raspberry and milk chocolate. You can eat these cookies cold but they are even better warmed up in the oven for a couple of minutes. My favourite is definitely the nutella and white chocolate ones. For me personally a whole cookie is a little bit too much for me so I'll either warm up half a cookie at a time or more commonly I'll split the cookie with someone.
I'm so impressed with the cookies and brownies box that arrived from Chummys Bakery, I didn't expect them to come as fresh or kept as safe during shipping so I was really surprised with the extra mile that Chummys Bakery go for their customers. These honest make great treats for yourself or as a gift for a loved one, they're gonna be my new go-to for gifts.
