We all know that I seem to be playing chronic health condition bingo and going for a full house with all the health conditions I'm collecting at the moment so things like sleep have been really difficult for me for the past year and I'd like to find something more natural to use instead of just adding another pill into the roster. During May and some of July, I've been putting the Starpowa Snooze gummies to the test to see if they're worth spending your money on.

I'm just about finishing my month supply of these Snooze gummies from Starpowa and I'm fairly impressed with them. One minor thing I don't like is that the gummies came all stuck together when they arrived so I don't know if that's something to do with heat changes during shipping but it's something I can easily get over if they work for me. 

Over the years I've gotten very used to falling asleep watching some telly in bed and it's a hard habit to break because my silly brain doesn't switch off sometimes if I don't do that or the best ones are when my heart rate or pain levels are too high, I can't switch off and wind down. I end up on and off sleeping till like 3/4am before I finally passed out so it was the perfect time for these gummies to come into my life. I've always been a bit dubious when it comes to sleep supplements about how much they actually work so I always like to give them a good test run and get into a routine with them so I can actually tell if they're working or it's just a placebo effect. 

I am pretty much done with my bottle now so it's the perfect time to tell you how I got on with the Snooze gummies. So you take these gummies 30 minutes before you want to go to sleep to give it time to kick in, I usually would take them the do my skincare and get ready for bed to give them time to kick in. I did try this for 3 weeks then compare it to one week with no gummies before bed to see the difference. I did notice that from week one these really help you to wind down and relax instead of feeling like you've knocked out which is really helpful because I have fibromyalgia I suffer with not getting a restful sleep and I find that these not only help me to drift off but I don't find myself waking up feeling exhausted, that is a huge plus in my books. 

When I compared the weeks I took the Snooze gummies to the week that I didn't, I notice on the week that I didn't use them it took me a lot longer to drift off to sleep and I often woke up feeling a lot more exhausted, like I'd been tossing and turning all night. I definitely need to start taking more of an active role in getting a better nights and more restful nights sleep cause lord knows my body is fighting against me with it and testing out these Snooze gummies has definitely sparked it so I'll be sure to document my journey with it.
