I've been a fan of Garnier for products since I tried out the micellar water years and years ago. Recently I got the chance to try out the new Vitamin C launches from Garnier and I couldn't be more excited cause with Winter comes much drier, duller skin for me unfortunately so this range is right up my street at this time of year.

Vitamin C Daily UV Invisible SPF50
As someone with really pale skin that burns easily, I'm very conscious about wearing SPF to protect my skin everyday so I was really interested to give the Vitamin C Daily UV Invisible a go and see how I got along with it. This SPF is £12.99 for a 40ml tube and you can get the invisible version and also a glow version, it's got SPF50 and is designed to protect your skin whilst blending into your skin and leaving it with a gorgeous glow with no white cast.

I really like how lightweight this Daily UV SPF50 is, it literally melts into my skin without piling or leaving my skin feeling or looking greasy. I've been using this one the days that I wear makeup but also on my makeup-free days because my work desk is right in front of a big window, I want to be so careful that I don't much my skin at risk of skin damage. On my makeup-free days, I've been popping this SPF on once in the morning and then after lunch to re-up my skin protection. I am in love with the glow that it gives your skin without leaving your skin feeling weighed down or clogged up.

Brightening Vitamin C Cream Cleanser
These larger Skin Active cleansers come in four different types, re-plump, brighten, hydrate and purify. I haven't tried a Garnier facial cleanser in several years so I was really excited to try out this Brightening Vitamin C cream cleanser which comes in a large 250ml for £4.99 which is a great budget friendly option that it going to last. This cleanser is designed to deeply cleanse, hydrates and brightens to give you soft and glowing skin.

I really like how lightweight this vitamin C cleanser is but it's still really hydrating I find it. I was really surprised when I saw that this cleanser transforms from a cream to a foam when you use it, I usually don't like foaming cleansers because of my dry skin when I've tried foaming cleansers in the past I've ended up with that tight, dry feeling after washing my face with foaming cleansers. Thankfully I've not noticed this tight, dry feeling with the Brightening Vitamin C Cream Cleanser but my skin still feels really clean afterwards so it's perfect for me and any dry skin folks. It has a really light pleasant scent and I really like using it as my morning cleanser because it helps me to wake up in the morning. I'm excited to see how it helps to brighten my skin with continued use.
