It's been a little while since I reviewed some Antipodes skincare, so it's about time I reviewed the Credo Probiotic serum for you all. This serum is one of their newest launches and is designed for those that might want an anti-aging serum that also helps to fight breakouts.
Credo Probiotic Serum
This Credo Probiotic serum is certified vegan, lightweight gel formula which is perfect for helping to give you healthy, clear skin. It is filled with kombucha, plant hyaluronic acid, bamboo ferment to help with the production of good bacteria on your skin to help strengthen your skin barrier against daily aggressors. It also contains bakuchiol and avocado oil which helps to smooth the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles whilst giving your skin a nourishing boost.
My Experiences
I don't know what is going on with my hormones but my skin seems to go through cycles of freaking out and breaking out everywhere even though I've hit my 30's. Thankfully it's been great having the Credo Probiotic serum in my arsenal has allowed me to tackle breakouts whilst it gives my skin a gorgeous glow to it. I did like how it tackled my breakouts without leaving my skin completely dried out. You can either pop it all over your face or I prefer to spot treat with this and just pop this on the areas that I most commonly get breakouts such as my chin, around my nose and above my eyebrows.
One thing I'm not a huge fan of with this serum (which is rare for Antipodes products) is the scent, it is only a temporary thing because once the serum has been absorbed I don't really notice the smell anymore. I will say for my dry skin, I do need to apply a hydrating serum or hydrating moisturiser over the top as it doesn't quite give me enough hydration on it's own. It's £38 for a 30ml bottle but a little goes a long way cause as you start massaging this serum it, it almost turns into water before being fully absorbed into your skin so while you may think it is more pricer I've been using my bottle for a while now and the level of product has only just gone below the top of the label so it really has lasted.
