For those of you that don't know, I'm a very anxious girly where nothing is settling them and having repeat panic attacks. Something I've heard people talk about is anxiety jewellery which allows you to focus all your anxious energy into it in the hope to help your anxiety and help to stave off an anxiety attack. Thankfully the lovely people at Bee Kind Shop offered to send me some of their anxiety jewellery to test out.
My Anxiety
For those that don't know, I've been an anxious girly for literally as long as I can remember and it's something that I used to be able to manage without it affecting my life too much. But since September last year, my anxiety seems to have gotten worse and worse and I've started having panic attacks. Usually day to day I feel like my brain is running on overdrive and I seem to be anxious about anything and everything, it could be something as small as running late, overthinking that someone is upset with me over the way they've written a message to me to being paranoid about what other people are thinking of me or paranoid that something bad is going to happen. I find that when my anxiety is bad that my first warning sign is picking at my fingers, excessively fidgeting with my hands/clothes and biting my lips to the point where they bleed.
