I feel like this month my favourites has completely changed up from the usual pieces I've been using. January has absolutely flown by and there have been so many ups and downs in my life, including some big changes so I feel like I blinked and the month was over with. So it's about time that I share with you all some things that I've been loving during January.

Filorga Time-Filler 5XP
I've talked about this Time-Filler 5XP moisturiser from Filorga before and I'm still loving it. This moisturiser is a gel-cream texture and is designed to tackle five different types of wrinkles. I really like how lightweight and cooling this moisturiser is, even for my dry skin it still leaves my skin hydrated all day. I am a big fan of the scent of the Filorga skincare products, they're such a gorgeous luxurious scent, it makes you're giving yourself a pamper when you use it.

3ina The Setting Loose Powder
I got an introduction to 3ina before Christmas and I was desperately in need of a new loose setting powder, thankfully 3ina came to the rescue with their 100 The Setting Loose Powder. It's designed to set your makeup whilst giving your skin a radiant glow. I have really begun to love setting powders that instead of those traditional plastic shifters, they actually have that bouncy mesh fabric which allows you to get some product without loads being sat in the shifter portion and coating your brush with too much product. I'm probably showing my age but I remember when it was uncool to use powder puffs and now they're all the rage, the 3ina setting powder comes with a really nice powder puff that is easy to bend to get under my eyes with. I have fine lines under my eyes so it's really hit and miss for me with loose setting powders cause they either settle into my fine lines or they help to set my concealer and blur those fine lines. I really like applying 100 The Setting Loose Powder with the powder puffs leaving it on whilst I powder the rest of my face and apply bronzer, blush etc then using a small fluffy brush to brush off any excess product.

Gucci Flora Jasmine
I picked up this Gucci Flora Jasmine perfume in autumn last year when I went to a Gucci masterclass at Flannels Liverpool and it's been my go-to not just during January but during the last couple of months. It's got notes of mandarin, jasmine, magnolia, and sandalwood so it smells fresh with a little floral after scent, I found it perfect as a daytime perfume because of the fresh, floral scent. I found that for me, I couldn't really smell the perfume on myself after a couple of hours so I generally layer it over some body lotion for the scent to stick around a bit longer. I really like the packaging on these Gucci Flora perfumes, it's such a retro style packaging and it really makes it stand out in comparison to the more modern packaging that you see on a lot of cosmetics and perfumes.

IT Cosmetics Confidence In An Eye Cream
I'd been dying to try IT Cosmetics for a little while now and I think I received a full size of this eye cream in a goody bag and I was so excited to try it out. The Confidence In An Eye Cream is designed to tackle the four signs of eye fatigue and give your eyes a refreshed look. It's such a lightweight, creamy eye cream that melts into your eye area without leaving it feeling greasy. I really like that it doesn't have a scent to it so if you prefer fragrance-free products or like me sometimes my eyes get really irritated if the fragrance is too strong in my eye products and this doesn't irritate my eyes in the slightest.

Sunday Natural Melatonin Spray
As we all know, due to my various chronic illnesses I struggle not only to get to sleep but actually get a restful sleep so I've been testing out a melatonin spray from Sunday Natural and I'm actually really impressed with it. If you didn't already know the release of melatonin at night is responsible for deep sleep and as you age, the amount of melatonin you naturally produce decreases. This sublingual spray helps to reduce the amount of time it takes you to fall asleep. When I compare my nights using this melatonin spray compared to nights I don't use this spray, there is a marked difference on the actual time from when I get into bed till when I actually fall asleep. Whilst they recommend it to help you fall asleep, they also give recommendations for using it to tackle jet lag and helping to reset your sleep cycle. I am almost finished with the bottle they kindly sent to me and I'm already looking at purchasing my second bottle.

Astley Clarke Labradorite Stilla Ring
I was introduced to Astley Clarke jewellery last year and I picked up the Labradorite Stilla ring, I seem to go through with phases of wearing it and this month I seem to be putting it with every outfit. Labradorite is meant to create a shield for your aura and protect you from the negativity of the world whilst also tempering negativity within yourself. This Labradorite Stilla ring is gorgeous on it's own and layered with other rings.

Dermalogica Dynamic Skin Recovery
I was recommended this moisturiser from Dermalogica after having my skin assessed and getting a facial at the Dermalogica counter in Liverpool facials. I've been using this Dynamic Skin Recovery every morning either on skincare only days and also under makeup, it performed wonderfully in every instance for my dry skin. I'll be doing a more in depth review, talking about the product, main features and why I love it later this week so keep your eyes peeled for that.

Farmacy Deep Sweep 2% BHA Pore Cleansing Toner
Anyone else in their 30's and still getting breakouts on a regular basis? Mine are on either side of my chin which I believe is hormonal and since I've added the Farmacy Deep Sweep Toner into my morning and night skincare routine, the amount and severity of my breakouts has improved greatly. This toner is designed to give your skin a thorough refresh, purify your pores and control sebum levels without stripping your skin and is filled with 2% salicylic acid, papaya enzyme and chlorella which help to cleanse your skin and leave it glowing.

The Body Shop Edelweiss Cleansing Concentrate
I've talked about this cleanser several times on my blog and social media but since the Edelweiss Cleansing Concentrate from The Body Shop arrived on my doorstep, I've been a big fan of it. It's been the cleanser that I keep reaching for again and again this month, it helps get rid of dirt, oils and makeup residue without irritating or stripping my skin. I also really like the scent of the Edelweiss range, I don't know what it is but almost has a calming effect of me.

Soap & Glory I'm Feeling Blissed Candle
This I'm Feeling Blissed candle from Soap & Glory was actually a gift from my best friend for Christmas and I've been burning it every night whilst I'm doing my skincare routine and getting ready for bed. It's a lavender and tonka bean scented candle. I wish that they sold this candle year round cause it's such a calming, relaxing scent and with having such a stressful and increased anxiety month so lighting this candle every night has been a little bit of self care for me.
What have you been loving during January?

Speak to you next time!
