Is it really Christmas without a visit to the Christmas markets?! I recently ended to the Liverpool Christmas markets with my work wife AKA my bestie and of course we had to check out Halloumination because it's cheese and who doesn't love cheese?!

Halloumination is at the Liverpool Christmas markets this year and believe me they are not to be missed! I headed down with Fliss to have a little explore because this year they've made the markets even bigger but of course our first stop had to be the Halloumination stand because why wouldn't you want squeaky cheese to be first on your list?!
On the Halloumination stand you can either get a selection of their halloumi fries with the different toppings or their halloumi burger. We wanted to have a little bit of a tasting tour of the markets so we decided to just go for some of the halloumi fries but I might have to go back and try the halloumi burger cause it just looked delicious on their pictures. We decided to go for the honey one and the balsamic one, not going to lie the honey one was by far the winner for both of us. For £6.50, you get a really generous pile of freshly prepared halloumi fries with the topping on your choice. For me the honey and fresh chilli flakes was the winner, they were so delicious and just the right amount of spice and sweetness.
Halloumination have got 8 different toppings for you to choose from so you're guaranteed to find something even the fussiest eater would like. We got to the Christmas markets pretty early in the day (purely cause I didn't want the photos to be too dark) and it was still popular but as the night drew on, it got busier and busier so get there early to make sure you get your hands on some delicious halloumi.
