Blogmas Day 9 | Canax Mummy Gummies CBD Review

Danielle Levy, CBD gummies, Mummy Gummies, lifestyle, chronic pain, anxiety, lifestyle blogger, Wirral blogger, Liverpool blogger,
We all know that I've been struggling with chronic pain and sleep problems over the last couple of years and whilst it wasn't formally diagnosed until this year, I've struggled with anxiety since my earliest memory, like I legit grew up thinking my anxious mind was how everyone thoughts were like. I'm all for trying non-medicinal ways to treat my pain, sleep issues and anxiety so when the lovely folks at Canax got in touch offering to send me some of the Mummy Gummies CBD gummies, I thought it'd be a great tasty way to take CBD in an easy format.

Canax
Canax is passionate about CBD and the benefits that can work for their customers. They strive to find the highest quality products in a familiar and accessible form. Their CBD range is designed to fit around your busy life to help reduce the stress from busy, chaotic lives. Canax is owned by the lovely Sophie and Jess who discovered CBD due to a family members health problems and they noticed how much it helped them with anxiety and sleep. At the minute, they have a range of gummies, capsules and patches so you can find a product that works for you. I was kindly sent a packet of the Mummy Gummies and CBD & Vitamin capsules to test out.

Mummy Gummies Sour Apple CBD Gummies
I'm new to trying out CBD style gummies, I've previously tried oils or topical balms to help with chronic pain, anxiety and sleep problems. Canax kindly sent me a packet of their Sour Apple CBD Mummy Gummies which is designed to give you 25mg of CBD per gummy in an easy to take gummy, their CBD gummies come in several flavours, sour apple, strawberry, cherry, and watermelon (ngl the watermelon ones are next on my list to try). Every batch of their CBD gummies are made with premium ingredients and goes through testing to ensure purity and potency.

Now I like sour and fizzy style sweets so I thought that the sour apple gummies would be perfect for me, however I found these a little bit too sour even for me! These gummies come with 3 different colours in the bag and you get 25 gummies for £25 with the maximum dosage of three a day but they recommend starting with one and seeing the effects over the next couple of hours before taking another one. I don't know of any other brands that do apple flavoured CBD gummies so it's a really refreshing flavour. I do find that it has a slight herbal taste with the apple but nothing unappealing or any bad after taste. I've been using these sour apple CBD gummies in combination with the hey hormones supplements and so far I'm really liking them to help my anxiety and sleep problems. I'll have to find the right dose in order for it to really help my pain (I've been going through with a rough patch with my pain at the moment).

Hey Hormones Capsules
After their customers raving about their Mummy Gummies and how they've helped with hormonal issues and perimenopausal symptoms, they decided to create something specifically with hormones in mind and that's how they came up with Hey Hormones. You can pick up these Hey Hormones CBD capsules in a one month supply or as a rolling subscription so you never have to run out of them. Each capsule contains 30mg CBD in each one. As well as CBD in the capsules, they also have ashwagandha, holy basil, maca extract, panax ginseng, fenugreek extract and various vitamins so you get a little bit of everything in one go.

Whilst also helping women through hormonal issues, the CBD included in it can also help with insomnia, depression and stress, anxiety, mood swings and irritability, and pain. I'm hoping that these will help with my anxiety, insomnia and pain which will help with my energy levels throughout the day. At the moment I've started taking the Hey Hormones Capsules an hour before I go to bed just as I'm starting my evening routine to give it time to fully kick in and help with sleep issues and my insomnia.
