It's not often that I head out for evening drinks thanks to chronic fatigue but when I got the invite for the wonderful DeLuca's bar in Liverpool's city centre, I had to make sure I was well rested and paced because it just looked so cool that I wanted to head down before it got too busy and popular so I could check it out and share it with you all.
DeLuca's Liverpool is designed to be Vegas vibes with a Liverpool heart, combining two iconic places together into one for complete fun. They have everything from tech darts to snooker, pool and beer pong, meaning you are not only going for drinks and dancing, you get to have an immersive fun experience. Now I was there 1000% for the incredible looking cocktails they had been showing on social media but I was so intrigued when I found out they've actually started doing different themed weekly events for you to head along to.
It is located in Concert Square meaning it's right next to Liverpool Lime Street train station and several taxi ranks meaning it's very handy to get to and from because they're open 7 days a week till 2am (Mon-Thurs & Sun) & 3am (Fri-Sat) so you all have plenty of opportunity to visit. They do also offer the ability to not only book tables but you can even book sections and the entire venue so it's perfect for any events in your life.
When I was able to drink alcohol (before my migraines changed that), I was always a cocktail girl at my heart so I love trying out new cocktails/mocktails and they're always the first thing that catches my eye when I'm walking into events. Now DeLuca's have their signature cocktail, the hurricanes which are designed to bring Vegas to Liverpool but they've gone next level and made 11 different versions of their signature drink so you've got plenty of options to choose from. My favourites were the strawberry cream soda because well I love strawberry and it tastes like a grown up cocktail version of pop but I also loved the showgirl paloma because it has the wow factor and a feather in it so who wouldn't want this for the pictures alone?!
Whilst we were there, they had music and games upstairs whilst downstairs they had Vegas showgirls, cocktails and music so it was such a fun night. Despite people coming with their own plus one's, everyone was getting involved with the games and cheering each other on which made it even more fun. They even had spots outside so when it comes to warmer nights, you can sit and enjoy cocktails in the square.
