I feel like I've blinked and this festive period has flown by, pretty much like the entire year. Just before Christmas, the wonderful people at Superdrug sent me along a parcel of some of their essentials for the festive season and they literally covered all bases so I thought I would share it all with you as there's some perfect bits to keep you going through January.

Health & Body
I feel like everyone has goals in January to work on the health of their body and mind, Superdrug have such a big range of products to help you reach your goals. If you're planning to dance the night away or do a bit of self care, the Superdrug Nourishing Foot Pack with Marula oil is a great bit of self care that also leaves your feet feeling super soft. As someone that loves wearing high heels but they hate my feet, they have you covered with Ball-Of-Foot Cushions and Deodorant Foot spray which are perfect for giving your feet some cushion whilst wearing really cute heels and the foot spray works perfectly for cooling your feet down either after a long night of dancing or I used to love using it too soothe my aching feet after being on a long shift. In a time when people are drinking more and may be having sex whilst drunk, it's important to be safe especially if you aren't looking to start a family so Superdrug have got a range of condoms for you to choose from to keep you and your partner safe.

I love that Superdrug have got a wide range of their own brand supplements and medications to help whatever problem you might encounter during the festive period. Adding Vitamin E supplements help you to maintain healthy skin and eyes as well as strengthening your body's natural defence against illness. I've struggled with dry eyes for the last couple of years and it always seems to get worse in the cold weather with everyone having the heating on so adding some Brightening Eye Drops help to brighten your eyes and bring the sparkle back which is perfect for the festive season and all the pictures. With all the rich foods that come during the festive season, having some Indigestion Relief Tablets on hand is just what you need. I feel like everyone and their mother has been getting sick this month and being someone that always gets sick having Vitamin C 1000mg Effervescent in my daily routine is essential to give my body a boost as much as I can to fit off any viral illnesses. I chronically struggle with fatigue so when I have times of really struggling and I can't nap or if I get a bad migraine, I'll have one of these Pick-Up caffeine and glucose tablets whilst help to temporarily boost your energy levels. Life with chronic illnesses means I often have vertigo which means between my vertigo and migraine induced nausea, I can vomit quite a lot so on the days when it is particularly bad, I use a Rehydration Treatment as the vomiting is settling to help with the dehydration.

Skincare & Makeup
If you haven't been to the Superdrug beauty section, where have you been?! Even in the smaller stores, they have a big selection of makeup and even more skincare. Going along to the big stores like the one by Cheshire Oaks or Liverpool where they literally have several aisles of makeup for you to choose from. I have spotted these Vivid Edible Skincare products all over social media before Christmas so I was really excited to see it in the festive essentials box. This Calm version is a vitamin C, A and hyaluronic acid and it has a lime flavour which makes it super easy to take. I have spotted this Studio London U-Dew-U Setting Mist all over TikTok with people raving about how it sets your makeup and gives you a luminous, dewy glow. I've never tried any makeup from Studio London so I was excited to try out this Colour Icon Playtime Eyeshadow Palette curated by Ateh. It's a gorgeous 9 piece eyeshadow palette that's a perfect combination of matte, shimmer and glittery shadows in a range of neutral, pinks and purples.
