You all know how much love and attention I pay to my hair and skin but something I've never thought of till know was about the water that I'm actually using to wash my hair and skin. Where I live in the UK has soft to moderately hard water so something I've been trying out to take the best care of my skin and hair is the Hello Klean Purifying shower head which is designed to reduce any impurities in the water when you're showering.

Purifying Shower Head
The Purifying shower head is a 2-step circular filtration system that helps to reduce unwanted metals, chlorine, and impurities. It's also designed to help reduce water usage but also boost water pressure. The actual shower head itself is £65 and the refill cartridges are £40 and last for 13,000 litres and Hello Klean even explain how long the shower head refills will last depending on how many people are living in your household.
It's going to sound a bit gross but I haven't changed my shower head in years so my biggest struggle was actually taking my old shower head off so I needed some assistance because I didn't have the grip strength to remove the old one but once I'd gotten that off, it was really easy to twist on the Purifying shower head and simply turn on your shower and it was ready to go. I was really impressed with this from first use because it gave me great water pressure with clean feeling water without feeling like it was trying to wash my scalp off with the shampoo. My previous shower head was pretty old and tired so it didn't have great pressure, I found this Hello Klean Purifying shower head helped my hair feel cleaner without need to rinse again and again as well as stopped it feeling so dry. So far I'm noticing such an improvement in my hair and skin so I'm exciting to see the difference with some long term use.
