I'm slowly getting into testing and reviewing more hair care for you guys and I thought I would kick off 2023 reviewing the new Dove 1 Minute Super Conditioner that they've most recently launched because if you struggle to get self care into your weekly routine (never mind your daily routine) then this hair mask is perfect for taking care of your hair whilst also practicing a little bit of self care, even if it's only for a minute.

Dove 1 Minute Super Conditioner

Dove recently launched their new 1 Minute Super Conditioner which is their first conditioner that contains serum capsules that help smooth visible signs of damage in just 1 minute. It's been designed to that if you're someone with a super busy lifestyle and struggle to complete some self care and particularly looking after your hair, this conditioner is perfect for easily adding into your hair care routine. This conditioning mask is designed that the serum capsules helps to reconstruct your hair's internal structure with every use.

My Thoughts

I have been highlighting my hair since I was in my late teens so I'm all for anything that's going to help save my hair from any future damage and leave my hair feeling super soft and looking healthy. I've got to say the scent of this 1 Minute Super Conditioner really does help sell a product to me cause if it smells good, I'm ten times more likely to use regularly. This conditioning mask has a really nice but subtle sweet scent and I love that it leaves a little bit of the scent on my hair after I've washed it off that lasts all day.

I really like that this conditioner is super easy to fit into your day to day routine, you literally only need a minute. I've actually been liking washing my hair with the Intensive Repair shampoo then popping the 1 Minute Super Conditioner onto the mid to ends of my hair then clipping my hair up and out of the way and getting on with some jobs at home then washing it out 30 minutes later for an even more hydrating intensive mask for my hair when it's feeling particularly dry and I've found that this way really works to help motivate me to get cleaning done as I can't sit and lean against my bed or couch for fear of smudging the conditioner everywhere so it motivates me to get little mini tasks done! Regardless of whether I leave it on for a minute or thirty, this conditioning mask really leaves my hair feeling soft and nourished whilst leaving it looking shiny and healthy looking. The best part is this conditioning mask from Dove costs less than your coffee in the morning!
