I've been a fan of Ark Skincare for a little while now and slowly been trying out all their skincare and bodycare products over the last couple of years. Recently, they got in touch asking if I'd like to try out their hydrating beauty mist and I jumped at the chance cause I loved it the first time I tried it and my skin has been dry lately and with the changing of the seasons it's important for me to find a good facial mist to add into my daily skincare routine and before applying makeup.
The hydrating beauty mist is designed to be an intensely hydrating and refreshing facial mist that also helps to soothes and protects your skin. Whilst it's designed to be used during your skincare routine, it has also been designed for you to spray throughout the day to help refresh and cool your skin, with or without makeup. It's filled with hyaluronic acid, wild water mint, aloe vera, allantion, goji and blue lotus which helps to relieve the dryness, soothe and calm your skin, and helping to detoxify and reduce an inflammation.
My Thoughts
I've been using this facial during my skincare routine, usually once I've used my toner I will spritz this on before applying a hyaluronic acid serum and I'll spritz it over my face at the end of my skincare routine. I haven't tried spritzing it over makeup yet but on my non-makeup days I'll spray it as many times as needed to help keep my skincare feeling and looking hydrated. I've found that it's also helped with reducing the redness that I get on my cheeks which can pop up throughout the day or when I get stressed. Whether it's a facial mist or setting spray, I really don't like sprays that have a harsh spray and it feels like really heavy drops of water on your face but thankfully this hydrating beauty mist from Ark has a really nice mist style when you spray it instead of it feeling like your face is soaked once you spray it.
This facial mist is £32 for a 100ml bottle and this is the second time I've used this facial mist and I absolutely love it every time I use it in my daily skincare routine. It's such a light facial mist whilst also being hydrated and I love spritzing it over my skin during the day to refresh, soothe and hydrate my skin. The only problem is that I go through it so fast because of how much I love it!
