Like any skincare addict, I am always on the hunt for amazing new brands and for the past couple of months I have been seeing Face Theory all over Instagram and TikTok, so it was about time that I got my hands on a couple of products to try out for myself. I was on the hunt for a new toner and whilst I was on the Face Theory website, I might have gotten drawn in and got one of their cream cleansers to try out as well.

Vitamin C Cream Cleanser
I am a huge fan of anything with Vitamin C in at the moment, especially as we're changing seasons. I tend to find that as we go into Autumn and Winter my skin becomes particularly dull and dry so the Vitamin C Cream Cleanser is perfect for putting some glow back into my skin. Face Theory understand that not everyone wants skincare products with scent so they actually offer the Vitamin C Cream Cleanser in a mandarin scented version and also in an unscented version.
The Vitamin C Cream Cleanser comes in a 180ml jar for £11.99, my only qualm with the cleanser is that I wish it came with a little spatula to scoop some out when you're using it. It is a thicker cleanser with more of a whipped consistency so it does work perfectly in a jar rather than with a pump. The Vitamin C Cream Cleanser is designed to cleanse your pores of makeup, oils and impurities whilst being kind to your skin. I decided to go for the mandarin scent version and honestly it smells incredible and is perfect waking you up and helping you feel fresh first thing in the morning.
Green-C Rebalancing Toner
Face Theory has a couple of different toners but I decided to go for the Green-C Rebalancing Toner as it's perfect for my sensitive skin because it was formulated specifically for people with sensitive skin. All of the Face Theory toners are all alcohol-free. It's designed to help gently exfoliate whilst also brightening sensitive or allergy-prone skin.
You get £14.99 for a 200ml bottle and you only need a couple of drops on a cotton round or reusable cotton round to do your entire face. It's filled with stabilised vitamin C, green tea, and panthenol to keep your skin feeling soft, hydrated and protected all day long. As the Green-C Rebalancing Toner is designed for sensitive and allergy-prone skin, it's Face Theory's unscented toner so it's perfect if you find that your skin reacts to fragrances in products. I wouldn't say that it's completely scentless, it just has a nice, subtle scent. I loved that it left my skin feeling cleansed and soft without leaving my skin with that stripped, dried out feeling.
