New In | Alexandra Kay Time To Soothe Body Oil

It's been a little while but I'm finally back with some goodies from Green People. I've been a fan of the Alexandra Kay range since I was introduced to Green People. This time, I got the chance to try the Time To Soothe body oil which is perfect for me cause I don't look after my body as much as I should and I love that their products include aromatherapy in the AK products.

The Time To Soothe body oil is designed to be a scent-free body and massage oil that is designed to smooth, calm and and repair. It's filled with hemp, rosehip oil, safflower oil and CB2-Skin Biofunctional which helps to alleviate discomfort, help with tissue-rejuvenating, plumping your skin, calms and protects your skin. These body oils are so easy to use, you simply warm it up in your hands before applying it to damp skin to lock in the moisture. This body oil is also compatible to be mixed with your favourite body lotion so if you're running low on time or you get a bit girl lazy (let's be real, we all have these days), it makes it quick and easy to use. As well as providing your body a extra hit of moisture, these body oils are suitable to be used as massage oils.

You can currently get a 100ml bottle of the Time To Soothe body oil for £30 and Green People estimate 1 bottle is enough to do 20 head and neck massages or 5 full body massages so a little does go a long way.

I currently keep my bottle in the bathroom and immediately after getting out the shower whilst my skin is still damp, I massage it in to lock in some of the moisture to my skin which has been incredible whilst it's been so cold and my skin has felt drier. I have tried it with body lotions and mixed into body butters when I'm having a rushed day and they work perfectly for the days that you haven't got the time to wait for all the different products to absorb before getting dressed. With all this sunny weather coming out, everyone is going to be digging out the summer skirts, dresses and shorts so depending on how tanned you are, you could use your favourite highlighter or bronzer and mix it into the body oil before applying down the middle of your shins to catch the light and everyone's eyes!
