How is it the end of July already?! I won't lie, I'm excited cause I've always been an autumn winter type of girl so I'm excited for when it starts getting cold again. This month, I spent quite a few days cat sitting for my bestie so I have some new goodies as well as some old favourites in makeup, skincare and haircare and it's time to share why I'm loving them all with you.

Dermalogica Ultracalming Mist & Multivitamin Power Recovery Cream
I've been a big fan of Dermalogica skincare for few years now, I've found that no matter what product I use, it's always been safe for my sensitive skin and rosacea. With me having drier skin, I always use a facial mist and this month I've been using the Ultracalming Mist which is perfect for my sensitive skin as it's filled with oat, aloe and botanicals which helps to soothe your skin whilst also hydrating your skin. I usually spritz the mist on before I apply any serums to help lock in extra moisture then spritzing it over at the end of my skincare routine to finish it off. The Multivitamin Power Recovery Cream is a new addition this month to my favourites as it's perfect for dry skin, fine lines, dullness and sagging. I love that this cream is a thicker texture but also comes in a pump form so I feel better than sticking my fingers into a jar. I really like this cream is a thicker texture so it really feels like it nourishes my dry skin and leaves it with a gorgeous glow making it perfect for makeup and makeup-free days.
Batiste Dry Shampoo
I dye my hair pink with a semi-permeant toner so between that and chronic fatigue/pain, I try not to wash my hair too often so dry shampoo is a life saver for refreshing my hair and particularly my fringe during the week. I always seem to come back to the Batiste dry shampoo's again and again, I think because they have so many different scents on offer and are budget friendly making them a great option.
Revolution & Sali Hughes Placid 5-Acid Daily Exfoliant
I was kindly given this daily exfoliator as part of a birthday gift and have been cycling it in with other toners that I've been using. I took it with me whilst cat sitting. I use it a couple of times a week in the morning once I've washed my face to help keep my skin smooth, hydrated and glowy. The 5 acids included in this toner are - salicylic, glycolic, hyaluronic, lactic and malic acid.
Youth To The People Superfood Skin Drip Serum
I recently featured the YTTP Skin Drip Serum when they came in and when I was cat sitting I took it along to use twice a day before my moisturisers and have been using it everyday since I came home cause I'm loving it. I really like that it leaves my skin feeling hydrated with a lovely glow whilst also helping with hyperpigmentation and texture. I really like that this serum isn't super heavy so it literally melt into my skin and leaves behind a lovely glow which I'm loving especially when I'm working from home cause I feel like it makes my skin look so much better on makeup-free day.
Temple Spa Repose Night Cream
I am a big fan of anything that has relaxing essential oils in, especially products that are designed to be used before bed thanks to anxiety and PTSD as well as my chronic pain, I struggle with my sleep, either trying to get to sleep or waking in the night. Thankfully the Repose Night Cream from Temple Spa is like relaxation and skincare all in one product. I really like this night cream cause it leaves my skin feeling so soft but leaves my mind and soul feeling so relaxed so again I've been applying this cream and then doing a mini facial massage to help me wind down at the end of the day.
L'Oreal 1.5% Hyaluronic Acid Serum
With my drier skin, I always have hyaluronic acids in my skincare routines and I recently got the chance to try the L'Oreal 1.5% Hyaluronic Acid. I feel like straight hyaluronic acids are pretty much the same from each brands and overall I love either serums that are standalone hyaluronic acid or have it included in the formula. Again I always make sure that I have a damp face before applying hyaluronic acid and will usually use a facial mist then pop the hyaluronic acid on and I love doing a mini facial massage as a way to do a little bit of self care in my day.
UKlash Eyelash Serum
I've always struggled with my fine lashes that fall out stupidly easy so I'm always on the hunt for a good eyelash serum to give my lashes all the help they can get. I recently came across the UKlash Eyelash Serum on tiktok as it's designed to be a powerful serum that is designed with brittle, short and sparse lashes in mind and is designed to start helping in only 25 days. I've only just starting using this in mid-July so I'm excited to see the difference once I've been using it for a little while but I really like that it doesn't sting or irritate my eyes.
Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray
I am pretty sure that the Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray is one of the first setting sprays that I ever used and I love it as much now as I did when I first tried it. I love that this original setting spray locks my makeup in place all day to stop it moving or smudging. I love that Urban Decay are constantly adding new versions of the classic so you can find the perfect match for whichever style you prefer for your makeup, there is a setting spray to match you!
What have you been loving in July?
