First Impressions | Temple Spa Skincare -

I've tried a couple of products from Temple Spa over the years so I was really excited to see a message from Temple Spa about testing out some products including their Glowcolic toner. They kindly sent along a couple of other iconic Temple Spa skincare products for me to test out. For Temple Spa is such a luxurious skincare brand with products that smell amazing and really do work.

Temple Spa was founded by Liz and Mark Warom, the begun over 20 years ago and it was the warmth and vibrancy, indigenous ingredients, and the love of living life that inspired them to start Temple Spa. They strive to create exceptional skincare products and experiences that not only look after your skin but also look after your soul. If you didn't get it from the name but strive to encourage you to treat your skin like a temple to look healthy, energised, and with good skin health. As well as skincare, Temple Spa also offer a range of bath and body products, aromatherapy and gifts.

First Impressions

I was very kindly sent their Double Cream, Deep Cleansing Balm and Resurfacing Toner by the amazing team at Temple Spa. I'm already looking at their other products and even their aromatherapy and stress/sleep solution products because they sound like they'll be a perfect addition to my day to day routine.

I am a big fan of cleansing balms thanks to my dry skin because I just find them so much more nourishing plus it makes your skin feel properly clean. The In The Beginning deep cleansing balm is a concentrated cleansing balm that gives your the just had a facial feeling. It's designed to intensely cleanse, as well as polishing and brightening your skin thanks to the exfoliating beads. It's filled with olive, calendula, basil, clary, and lavender to give you that truly relaxing feel. Because I struggle so much with my sleeping and winding down, I really like using skincare products that have a gorgeous relaxing scent like lavender cause whilst I'm massaging it into my skin, I can stop and close my eyes for a couple of minutes and start to calm my mind and focusing on slowing down ready for bed. I really like how easily this cleansing balm takes my makeup off without feeling like I've been scrubbing away at my face.

I have pretty dry, dull skin especially with the changing on the seasons, however the Glowcolic resurfacing toner is designed to help smooth, nourish, and balance your complexion. It is filled with grape, lemon, apple, and orange alongside the glycolic, mandelic, and lactic acids. I like how it's designed to gentle exfoliate your skin in a refreshing formula to lift away dead skin cells and impurities to help renew and nourish your skin to give you a brighter, healthier-looking complexion. I love how fresh and cooling this toner is once you apply it to your skin and I can't get over how gorgeous this smells, it's been my go-to toner at the moment and I'm excited to see how this improves my skin with continued use.

Finally I got the chance to try the Double Cream hydrating moisturiser cause I am all about those thick, nourishing face creams. The Double Cream is a really nice, thick moisturiser that is designed as a source of healthy fatty acids and nourishing vitamins for your skin, it helps to soften and provide deep hydration, as well as attracting hydration to help with dryness. I like how this moisturiser is a thick, luxurious cream and it starts to melt into your skin as you massage it in and leaves my skin feeling so soft. This is perfect for morning or evening if you have dry skin like me, it even sat nicely under makeup but you do need to give it time to fully soak into your skin to get the best result. I am really love using this Double Cream in a thicker layer of an evening so that it can boost my hydration whilst I'm sleeping and I can wake up with stunning glowing skin.
