It's recently been the races season up in Chester and before it all started, the Chester Charlotte Tilbury counter were getting everyone ready by teaching us all how to transform our faces for the races instead of getting up at the crack of dawn like some gals do for hair and makeup (I prefer my sleep too much!). Now whilst I don't go to horse racing myself, I headed along to the masterclass to check out the new launches and get some more tips.
I had seen the new Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Blush Balm lip tints all over social media and my email in the lead up to the masterclass so I 1000% went to the masterclass with trying them out and picking one up in mind for this summer. I love wearing these type of lip products year round because of my dry lips. These are 3 in 1 products designed to be a lipstick, lip balm and lip tint whilst also being suitable for use on your cheeks.
I really love that they included the new Blush Balm lip tints in the masterclass for the iconic pillow talk makeup look. The lip tints come in 6 different shades including the iconic pillow talk and pillow talk medium. I really like that the idea behind them is that they are meant to have sheer embrace of a lipstick, the nourishing touch of a lip balm, and the just-kissed imprint of a lip tint. All of the shades have custom colour chemistry that is designed to bloom (get it?!) with the natural chemistry of your lips pH with the lip tint which I love.
During the masterclass, they used the pillow talk shade to compliment the pillow talk eyeshadow palette and it looks so beautiful paired together. I love how hydrating the formula looked and after seeing it in person, I knew I was gonna need about 4 of the shades so will be steadily snapping them up as I use up some of my other tinted lip products. I love how glowy the makeup turned out and I've gotten almost all of the products that they used so I'm gonna have to give it a go myself at home. Everyone that got a ticket to the masterclass got a little goody bag that included a Dry Bar detox dry shampoo, sheet mask, some samples to test out then a card for the counter to book in for a service. I did also pick up a couple of bits for myself including the Blushed Rose shade of the Blush Balm lip tints and it immediately went into my handbag to be used as my everyday lip product as it's my perfect pink.
