I've always been a fan of beauty subscription boxes (if any of you remember my battle of the beauty box series), I find it can be a great way to find new brands and test out their new products without having to commit to a full size and fork out a bunch of money for products that I might not end up liking. So you know I was excited when a message arrived from Cohorted asking if I'd like to try out their subscription boxes for the next couple of months so we are starting things off with a bang with the Espa July box.

They offer quality brands that people love and their boxes feature more than just a handful of little samples for you to test out. They hope that each month you'll find something new and different to add to your beauty routine.

Cohorted X Espa
This month, I kindly received the Espa Beauty Box which you can get your hands on from the 15th July and is filled with five Espa products as well as a sample of the Chopard Neroli perfume worth £134 but only costing you £50 for the entire box. I have tried a couple of pieces from Espa a few years back now and really liked them so I was excited to see what this month's Cohorted box was cause it'll give me a good chance to try the brand out again.

The July edit features five of their must-have products to help you achieve glowing summer skin with three being full-sized and two are deluxe sample sizes. Each one of their products is formulated help nourish and indulge every part of you using the finest and purest natural ingredients. First up is the two deluxe sample sizes you get are the Pink Hair & Scalp mud and the Tri-Active Regenerating Calming Cica cleansing balm. I'm really excited to try the hair & scalp mud cause it sounds incredible as an intensive mask to nourish and soften my dry, brittle hair. I won't lie I think this cleansing balm is one of top two things I was excited to try when I opened up the Espa Cohorted box. In the box you get a 55g deluxe sample and I love that its a comforting balm that soothes stressed skin whilst also melting away makeup and impurities. Hands up who wants a demo of this cleansing balm on my Instagram page?!

The number one product I was most excited to try out was the Overnight Hydration Therapy mask because you all know just how much I suffer with my dry skin and this overnight mask is perfect for nourishing my skin whilst I sleep. This bad boy is one of the full sized products you get in your Espa beauty edit and I'm so happy about it cause I definitely don't have enough overnight masks. It's an intensely hydrating overnight treatment to leave your skin feeling replenished and looking radiant when you wake up. I am still on my hunt for the perfect eye cream so I was excited to test out the 24 Hour Replenishing eye moisturiser as it's designed to be intensely nourishing whilst also protecting your skin's barrier.

We all know that I'm a nurse and that nurses always have ridiculously dry hands which look about 10 years older than we do from all the hand washing and hand sanitiser and my god when I pumped this Bergamot & Jasmine hand lotion for the first time, I was instantly obsessed and instantly relaxed. This hand lotion is a true hand lotion in texture, it's really light yet I found it really nourishing. It's going to be going straight onto my night stand for me to use first thing in the morning and last thing at night, I won't lie I'm very tempted to buy a container to decant some into to take to work because the scent is just so calming and relaxing.
