This year I was hunting for Christmas and my doomscrolling on TikTok during a pain flare up came in handy because it introduced me to the wonderful Chloe behind Chloe'sCrystalEnergy who helped me find some perfect Christmas presents and then in the process of getting presents organised, I ended up getting tempted into some goodies for myself as well.
Not only does Chloe run her business via Etsy but she also shares content on her social media so you can see different orders as well as what different crystals are for and how they came help you. When I came across Chloe on my fyp on TikTok, she was packing orders and I loved how knowledgeable she was about the different crystals. She was able to answer everyone's questions and she said she'd be able to help me with putting custom boxes together for Christmas gifts.
I feel like no question was ever too small or too silly for Chloe, no matter what time of day I messaged her, she always responded to me super quickly and helped with any query. When I was picking out the gift boxes for my friend and brother's girlfriend, Chloe asked me my budget for the boxes and then asked if they had any particular crystals that they loved, colours they particularly liked or properties they really wanted from crystals. So I did let these people know I was buying them crystals so I could get this information and I sent them over so she could put together some ideas. This girl was working whilst running this business and she still had these boxes planned and picture sent to me within 24-36 hours for me to look at. I was able to tell her what I thought of the two boxes and let her know if I wanted any changes to the boxes and she mades them super quick as well as giving her advice on what she thought might work best with what changes I wanted to make.
Now I can't spoil what is in the custom boxes which are gifts in case they read these blogs posts (you never know!), but I can share what I got in my custom box. This all started with me just wanting some wax melts myself then as we were putting the boxes together, I spotted Chloe posting about the amethyst cluster which were so eye catching and I thought would be so perfect for my work desk as it's designed to help stress and anxiety so as an anxious girly it's perfect for my work desk. I've always been drawn to labradorite so I had to get myself one of her crystal chip keyring's to keep on my keys and I love that labradorite can changer colour slightly depending on the lighting. Just as she was putting my order together, I happened to come across another video (I need to stay away from her social media!) featuring the stone Lepidolite that had just come in and I had to get it in a chip bracelet for myself because it's designed to promote calmness and especially good for an overactive mind which is perfect for me with my overactive mind.
Chloe kept me up to date with every step of my order, from sorting out the custom gifts to treating myself to some bits. She was so incredibly fast at replies and always so friendly, even when I felt like I was asking stupid questions. The whole package came so carefully packaged up to ensure it stayed safe during the shipping process. Because she knew they were gifts she ensured that the boxes were packaging up as gifts so I could literally put it in a gift bag and it was ready to give straight to them! How perfect is that?!
