It's been well established now that I have pretty dry skin and a lot of my skincare routine is about tackling this with products that I find work the best for me. Thankfully two of Dermalogica's newest launches, the Circular Hydration serum and Hyaluronic Ceramide mist are going to help me keep my dry skin in check.
Circular Hydration Serum
I think this Circular Hydration serum is my all time favourite Dermalogica serum cause it feels like heaven on my dry skin. It is designed to be a long-lasting serum that floods your skin with hydration instantly but also helps to prevent future hydration losses throughout the day. It is of course loaded with hyaluronic acid, an algae extract-infused moisturising matrix and polyglutamic acid. The Circular Hydration serum is a milky-white serum that is on the thicker side compared to other hyaluronic acids which I really like as I feel like it soaks into my skin and locks in the hydration better than other hyaluronic acids I've used. I feel like this serum keeps my skin hydrated and looking less dry for longer compared to other serums I've used so I've really been loving using it in combination with my other serums to give my skin an added hit of hydration. I absolutely love this serum but I've been using it sparingly cause I really don't want it to run out!
Hyaluronic Ceramide Mist
I'm a huge fan of facial mists thanks to my very dry skin so I was very much looking forward to this Hyaluronic Ceramide mist arrived when it launched and boy did it not disappoint. This facial mist is designed to soak your skin in hydration, lock in moisture and help smooth fine lines and wrinkles. It also has calming rose water in it too which helps to revive and refresh whilst also nourishing your skin. I really love using this facial mist before, during and after my skincare routine but also throughout the day, especially with the heatwaves we seem to be getting at the moment it's really refreshing and doesn't leave a film on your skin so it's perfect for spritzing over makeup.
I really really want Dermalogica to do this Hyaluronic Ceramide mist in a miniature size so I can take one to work in my bag cause I really love spritzing it on during my breaks at work but the big 150ml size makes it difficult to take with me in my bag so a miniature size would be perfect. Because of the rose water in the solution it's perfect for calming my sensitive skin when I've been wearing a face mask for hours.
