I don't know about you but between this cold snap and snow we're having as well getting sick with a bad chest infection, my skin is really going through it so I thought I would share some reviews about what I've been using from Dermalogica to help it. Two of these products are completely new to me but two items have been long favourites of mine and I love using them through out the year but they particularly make a great addition to my Winter skincare routine.

Intensive Moisture Balance Moisturiser
Thanks to working from home and being an anxious girly, I don't have to tackle the outdoor world and all the baltic cold weather we've been having so the intensive moisture balance moisturiser has been my go-to day time moisturiser as I love that it deeply nourishes my skin without leaving it feeling weighed down. Its filled with BioReplenish complex which is a combination of key lipids which helps to enhance your skin and support barrier recovery. As well as this it also has hyaluronic acid, chlorella algae, and aloe in which helps the skin by keeping your skin hydrated by enhancing your skin's moisture content. This one of the first Dermalogica products I tried back when I first started using their products way down in covid lockdown and I've been a fan since if using this moisturiser especially in the winter or when I've been sick and my skin has been going through it, it's helped my skin to feel hydrate and less irritated.
Ultracalming Mist
I'm always using facial mists whether that's during my skincare routine or during the day to help refresh things and help add some hydration into my skin, especially if I've been stuck in with air conditioner or the heating on cause that can help to dry your skin out. This Winter, I got the chance to try out the Ultracalming Mist which helps to soothe your skin whilst also hydrating it so it's perfect for anyone with rosace, dry or sensitive skin. It contains oats, botanicals and aloe which helps to calm any redness in your skin whilst giving it a hit of hydration. I've particularly been using it in the evening when my skin has been made irritated or if I notice that my rosace is flaring up.
Phyto Nature Oxygen Cream
The most recent thing I've tried is the Phyto Nature Oxygen Cream which has been raved by many and I see why. I really like how nourishing this moisturiser is. It is designed to be used for day or night to help firm and lift the skin whilst also revitalising the skin and plumping it up. I've loved using it overnight to really give my skin a boost when it's repairing whilst I sleep but if I've been unwell or my skin is feeling really dry, I've been using this during the day on my make-up free days. I find that I get better results when I use it in my evening skincare routine than in the morning as giving it time to work overnight really does leave my skin looking plump and nourished the next morning and this was something I noticed from the very first time I tried it.
How's your skincare routine this Winter?
