Review | Dermalogica Neurotouch Symmetry Serum

It's always an exciting day when new Dermalogica goodies arrive at the doorstep. Recently the Neurotouch Symmetry Serum arrived from Dermalogica which I've seen all over social media and it really intrigued me and I'd not seen anything similar so far in the skincare arena. I thought I would share with you all how I've gotten on with the serum so far.

This Neurotouch Symmetry Serum from Dermalogica is a nourishing serum that combines neurotechnology with a biometrical botanical blend to help give a more sculpted appearance through a combination of human touch and skincare expertise. It's a lightweight facial oil that lifts the skin whilst also using aromachology to help uplift your mood, firms the skins appearance, and strengthen's the skin's barrier. When you order it, it comes with sculpting technique to perform when using the facial serum and you can also find the steps on their website in case you ever loose the card or forget a step.

I really liked that this facial oil had a lovely relaxing scent so I found that doing it in the evening with the massage really helped me to relax as I could switch off my brain and calm my anxious thoughts whilst doing my skincare and focus on winding down for the evening. It took some practice to get used to the different steps so I kept hold of the card that explains all the steps with pictures. I popped this facial oil on after cleansing and toning my skin, I found that it absorbed straight into my skin and didn't sit on top of my skin or leave it feeling greasy.

It's currently priced at £139 for a 30ml bottle so it's more on the pricey side but I only need a couple of drops so it doesn't get used up super fast. I really like the aromatherapy aspect as I apply it to my hands then breathe the scent in for a minute before massaging it into my skin with the different steps because I'm really into alternative ways of calming my mind and body. The bottle comes with a press-top lid which I found it made it easier for me to open the container and drop it into my hands.
