New In | Becoming Part of Friends of Lush

I've been a big fan of Lush since I found the Liverpool store by the Met Quarter around Christmas-time in my teens so teen me was over the moon when I got accepted into the Friends of Lush affiliate program cause I love being able to share my love of Lush with you all especially when it comes to autumn and Christmas cause if you ask me, that's the best time of year there!

Now I am a huge snow fairy fan which usually leads to me having to stock up on it during the festive period but thankfully this summer Lush have brought out snow fairy 2.0, the Super Fairy which is a combination of the iconic snow fairy scent along with super milk. Now they've gotten this scent in several different products but I decided to go for the shower gel version cause I thought I'd get the most bang for my buck. This shower gel has that typical cotton candy scent from snow fairy whilst also having vanilla, citrus and almond milk tones so it's really nice as if the normal snow fairy scent is too intense for you, having the super milk mixed in makes the scent less intense. I really like that it has coconut milk, almond milk and oats so it's really hydrating and soothing for my dry skin.

With colouring my hair regularly, I'm really trying to focus on using hair care products that really help to look after my hair cause yah girl has fine hair and can't afford to loose anymore! I love that the Super Milk hair primer is a 3 in 1 product where it works as a leave-in conditioner to nourish and detangle, heat protection, and priming your hair for styling. It's even perfect to rehydrate and refresh hair a few days after washing. This has been my go-to after washing my hair to nourish and detangle my hair. I am obsessed with the fact that it leaves the beautiful super milk scent in my hair and also on my pillow. Now I ended up going for the 100ml bottle while I was testing it out for the first time and I will definitely be going back and getting the bigger 250ml bottle.

I feel like the Silky Underwear dusting powder is the OG dusting powder from Lush and I'm excited to expand my dusting powder collection and I really want to put it in one of those old-fashioned fancy bottles with the circle that you squeeze for it to puff the powder out. This one is cocoa butter scented which I love layering over my body butters/lotions cause the scent goes really well alongside the scents of the other products that I use. I really like that the dusting powders already come in two other scents, sleepy dust and dust the two of us, plus at Christmas I'm sure they do a snow fairy version too. I not only love putting this over body butters/lotions but it's also handy for my thick thighs to help keep my skin silky to help with my skin rubbing.
