Hosting My Own Masterclass with Charlotte Tilbury

I was so truly honoured to have been invited back to the lovely folks at Charlotte Tilbury in Cheshire Oaks to host one of their masterclasses. They have started doing events on a regular basis and I was completely gob smacked when I got the message from them asking me to come host, can you tell I have bad imposter syndrome and still believe I am writing this blog posts for my own sanity and still believe that no-one actually reads it.

I've been a fan of Charlotte Tilbury for a little while now and I've mainly tried the odd couple of products but I of course loved the makeover that Toni did for me a couple of weeks ago so I was over the moon and in complete shock that they asked me to host one of their masterclasses and I had imposter syndrome in the days before the event and was convinced that no-one would turn up.

As the store is on the smaller side, we did a smaller masterclass with about 10 people who were all welcomed in with prosecco's, mimosa's, orange juice, whichever they preferred the most whilst we waited for everyone to arrive. I'd gotten to the Charlotte Tilbury store a little bit early to give my skin a proper nourish and get it ready for makeup about 30 minutes before everyone came in which as someone with dry skin especially in the winter, I'd highly recommend waiting and giving your skincare time to truly sink into your skin before you pop your makeup on.

The girls at Charlotte Tilbury Cheshire Oaks did such a beautiful natural base look then did a pink glam eye look that can be worn during the day but can also be glammed up for the evening using the beautyverse palette. I also got to try the iconic beauty wands which I feels like everyone and they're mum has raved about on social media. I can't even explain why it's taken me this long to try them but they literally melted into my base and left me with a gorgeous glow and contour without being too much. I liked it that much that I may or may not have come home with the contour wand and I also picked up the Disney Tinkerbell version of pinkgasm blush wand.

I loved being able to chat along with the people that came along to the masterclass, everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves and it was so lovely to chat to people afterwards and help people with product recommendations. I ended up coming away with quite a few Charlotte Tilbury goodies after the masterclass and I got such lovely feedback from all the girls at Cheshire Oaks which honestly made my whole week especially considering I was having panic attacks all week before the masterclass.
