I think this is the most made up my face has looked for the last couple of months with my various chronic illnesses and all the flare ups, I've looked a little bit worse for wear. Now I know that Charlotte Tilbury had a pop-up the other year at Cheshire Oaks but until they sent me a message on social media, I had no idea that they've now got their own stand alone store so I was really excited to head in to check out what they in store and also get a Charlotte Tilbury makeover from the wonderful Toni.
The Charlotte Tilbury Cheshire Oaks store offers a selection of the incredible beauty and skincare products but at a great price. I also loved that as well as some of their iconic products that everyone loves, they also had some of the seasonal products from the last 12 months meaning if you had run out since you last bought it or missed out on it the first time, you could get your hands on it here. In store they offer a range of beauty services, some of which are complimentary. You can choose from their menu of Quick Beauty Tricks, Magic Makeovers, or The Ultimate Transformation services.
I had the wonderful Toni doing my Charlotte Tilbury makeover and she honestly had the great energy and was such a beautiful person. We started off by doing a little introduction to the skincare including a nice face massage when using the goddess cleansing ritual number 1 which gave it a great exfoliation and prepping my skin ready for the makeup. I really liked the scent of this cleanser, it was so fresh and uplifting so it'd be perfect for using first thing in the morning to help you wake up in the morning.
Now I've seen the glow toner raved about all over social media since it launched. I was impressed with how hydrating it was but also gave my skin a tingle when you tapped it into your skin. We of course then had to finish it off with the magic crystal serum elixir and magic cream. My skin was left so soft and plump once we'd finished the skincare, also the glow that it left my skin was so pretty.
As you may know if you've seen any picture of me, I am as pale as a bottle of milk so I'm usually the palest shade of foundation in pretty much every brand. We did a very glam, pink makeup look inspired by my pink hair which I loved cause I gave Toni complete free reign with the makeup and she absolutely killed it.
She gave me beautiful glowing skin that just evened out my skin without it looking or feeling heavy or like a mask on my skin. I really like how natural but glowy the base makeup was. We did go for a more natural glam look because it was early in the morning and had the rest of my errands to run. Now everyone does their eyebrows a little bit differently and Toni did my eyebrows in more of a Charlotte Tilbury fashion and I'm actually surprised with how much that I liked it.
I did come away with a couple of Charlotte Tilbury goodies and I'm very excited to say that I'm going to be hosting a masterclass with them this coming Friday which I'm so excited about. I will definitely be heading back to Charlotte Tilbury Cheshire oaks because not only do they have their amazing beauty services but they also have all their amazing products at a discounted price!
