New In | Youth To The People Skincare

It's time to talk about a new brand cause I've been kindly sent some goodies from Youth To The People to try out and share with you all what I thought. Now I've seen a couple of their products going viral on social media lately so I was really excited when the lovely folks at Youth To The People got in touch and offered to send them across.

For those of you that are new to Youth To The People, let me introduce you to this wonderful company. The philosophy behind all of their formulas is a partnership between the latest innovation in skincare technology combined with nutrient-rich superfood plant extracts and focus on producing high-performance skincare for more than 40 years. The company was first founded Eva who has then passed it through the family when she retired so you know that it's being well taken care of and since 2105 they have have focused on ensuring that they use potent plant-extracts partnered with clinical actives to benefit your skin's health.

I have seen everyone and their mother talking about the Superfood Cleanser on social media. It's a powerful but gentle facial cleanser, it's filled with superfood antioxidants from Kale, Spinach and Green Tea which help to prevent buildup in pores, removes makeup, and balances your skin's pH without drying or leaving your skin feeling stripped. It's designed to be safe for all skin types and to target pores, dullness and blemishes.

I find that this cleanser has a really light green tea scent and comes in a glass jar with a pump to make it easy to get the product out. You can get it in a small travel size bottle, the 150ml glass bottle with a pump and then in a refillable pouch meaning you can get a bottle then keep a refillable pouch in the cupboard to be more environmentally friendly. The 150ml versions is currently priced around £29 which is not completely awful price-wise. It is suitable to be used twice a day, massaging it into your skin for 30 seconds before washing off with warm water. I really like that it comes in a glass bottle and I've found that it's a really nice cleanser because it helps to remove all the rubbish off my skin without stripping my dry skin.

The Superfood Skin Drip serum is a multi-benefit serum that is inspired by Vitamin IV's. The Skin Drip Serum is packing with ingredients that are designed to strengthen your skin, even your skin tone, and to replenish your skin for up to 10 skin layers for that lit-from within dewy glow. This serum can be used after cleansing your skin, under your favourite base, or mixed in with your favourite foundation/skin tint to give you a dewy glow. The serum is currently priced at £25 for a 30ml bottle with a pump which you only need 2 pumps to do your entire face so it doesn't feel like it's going to run out immediately.

A little of this serum goes a long way meaning you're going to get more bang for your buck as 2 pumps can easily do your entire face. It has a very light scent to it. I must say that I've noticed it's leaves a lovely glow to my skin and it doesn't feel like it just sits on the surface but that it actually sinks into your skin and leaves it looking more hydrated and nourished.
