2025 has been the year of taking care of me which includes looking after my mind, body & soul. Thankfully Superdrug had this in mind with their New Year bundle they sent across which included plenty of goodies that are perfect for taking the time out after a busy festive period to look after your body & mind so I thought now was the perfect time to share it with you all cause they have some great things at the moment.

At the moment, Superdrug have a bunch of offers on and one of them is 3 for 2 on the vitamins & supplements. Now I've adding in supplements or vitamins in my medication boxes to ensure that I take them. As a super pale girly and someone who doesn't get as much sunshine as I probably should so I've been adding in vitamin D and vitamin B12 into my daily routine. Also because I'm forever getting sick especially in the winter months so I've been using the dissolvable vitamin C every morning to give my immune system a boost and it's even pomegranate flavoured so there's no reason not to take it cause it doesn't have that horrible supplement after taste.
Of course to look after my skin, I needed to try out some goodies from B. & the Superdrug own brand skincare. I have tried the odd few things from their own brand skincare before so I was excited to try their vitamin E facial mist cause I have dry skin so I'm constantly using facial mists to help give my skin some much needed moisture. The vitamin E is perfect has it's designed to be hydrating, nourishing and helping to tone your skin. I feel like it's really hard to mess up a facial spray as they're all pretty good. I'm completely new to B. skincare so I was really excited to see their cleansing balm and brightening serum included in the packaging. I have sensitive eyes when it comes to cleansing oils or balms to I was excited to start giving this a try to see if it's sensitive eye friendly. I haven't tried this cleansing balm yet so I'll be sure to write a review for you all once I've tried it a handful of times. I have tried the brightening serum a couple of times now and I really like how lightweight it is and how quickly it absorbs to keep my skin nourished without pilling. Again it's filled with vitamin C and E as well as hyaluronic acid to keep yourself skin hydrated and helped your skin look glowy.
Superdrug has been one of my go-to drugstores for anything beauty, health or life wise. They have such a great range of products (and don't sleep on their Christmas section in December!) and they're so easily accessible with their stores all over the UK, online shopping and even click & collect in 30 minutes which is great if you need something in a hurry.
How are you looking after yourself this year?
Speak to you next time!
