I don't know about you but this Winter and in all the cold, dreary weather my skin has really been suffered and just looks dull without any glow. Thankfully I've got the Dermalogica Biolumin-C range in my skincare arsenal to give my skin a much needed boost and help tackle any early signs of ageing and I thought for today's blog post I would share with you all my thoughts of the Biolumin-C range.

I have been very lucky over the past year that I've had the chance to work with The Inkey List and try out their products, from what I've tried so far I've really liked and I thought I would share with you all some of my top picks so if you're new to the brand or haven't tried some of these products from them, you can get a little mini review of my experiences trying them to help you see if you want to try them for yourself.

Dermalogica have been coming out with so many amazing launches so far this year including this Daily Glycolic Cleanser as I've got sensitive skin, I've slowly been adding it into my skincare routine and testing it out so I thought it was about time that I shared my review of it with you all.

Last month, I finally got the chance to try out Hourglass Cosmetics as I was kindly invited in by the girls on the Liverpool John Lewis counter, before the invite I didn't have a clue that Hourglass Cosmetics had made the journey across the pond to the UK. I was invited in to the counter to get a makeover, learn all about Hourglass Cosmetics and try out the brand (and I may have left with several products).

I am very behind with my blog posts so I sincerely apologise for this blog post being two weeks late, trying to work full time with multiple chronic illnesses is truly kicking my butt but here we are eventually with my favourite things during March.

I don't know about you but I remember being a teenager watching the Catfished tv show and just couldn't believe that people could do that to another person. Even all these years later when I downloaded an online dating app, I kept thinking back to what I'd seen on those episodes and it genuinely made me a bit skeptical when it came to meeting someone on one of these apps incase something like that happened....little did I know!

Since the end of December, my health has well and truly kicked my butt which has lead to an unscheduled break and unfortunately I can't take any more periods of sickness till October (yes the NHS sickness policy sucks and sucks even more for people with chronic health conditions) so I have had to put my blog and social media temporarily on hold because it was literally taking all my daily spoons (and a lot of caffeine) to function at work for 13hrs then spending my days off resting and recovering to be able to function when I'm on shift.

Have you seen that the robot waiter craze has come to the UK and more importantly it's come to Liverpool. Last week I got the chance to celebrate my birthday and check out TCB Dining as well as their new robot waiters which deliver your food quickly and safely, fresh from the kitchen.

Tomorrow marks the start of my 75 balanced challenge and my way to reset myself physically and mentally going into 2022. I've decided that this year, I am going to own my mind and body and not let them and my chronic illnesses control me! The 75 hard challenge was the first thing I found on TikTok that inspired me to reset myself and my life but with working full time on 13hr shifts, certain parts were unachievable and I was just setting myself up to fail so when I came across the 75 balanced challenge by Madison Hildreth, it was like all the pages alined and everything she's included in her version was exactly wanted I wanted to do and achieve during the 75 days.
