Christmas Gift Guide 2021

Danielle Levy, Christmas gift guide, beauty gift guide, beauty blogger, lifestyle blogger, Liverpool blogger, Wirral blogger,

Can you believe we're almost in December?! I feel like this past year has just completely flown by in the blink of an eye and we're already getting ready for Christmas and vlogmas. This year I decided to just do one Christmas gift guide more geared towards beauty (and a little bit of fashion) because this past year my content has been very beauty focused and from getting feedback, people seem to come to my blog and Instagram for my beauty content.

SoBeautyStuff So Complete Brush Set
I raved about this So Complete brush set from SoBeautyStuff on my blog back in August and over the past couple of months I've fallen even more in love with these brushes. SoBeautyStuff offer four different brush sets so depending on whether you want to get the main present for someone in your life or you want to get someone a little add-on present, they have something for everyone.

I love that the So Complete brush set has literally got every brush you could need to do your makeup. All of their brushes are completely handmade and hand painted, with each brush having soft synthetic bristles that are suitable for liquids, creams, and powders. Not only are their brushes cruelty-free and vegan, but they also donate 10% of all profits to charity. They have kindly given me a discount code to share with you all, you can use the code DANIELLELEVY for 10% off anything on the SoBeautyStuff website.

LilSpa Bare Face Sponges
I have been using these Lilspa Bare Face Sponges for over a year now and honestly I couldn't go back to using anything else. I use my Bare Face Sponges for taking off my makeup, washing my face and removing products like face scrubs and face masks. These sponges are reusable, machine washable and they're good for the environment, they also literally get every ounch of makeup off your face. I have pretty sensitive skin and I used to use a flannel to remove my makeup and wash my face, I actually didn't realise how much using a flannel irritated my skin until I started using these Bare Face Sponges because they are honestly so soft and don't irritate my skin in the slightest, even with all the rubbing to get off my waterproof mascara.

This festive season, Lilspa have actually brought out a twin pack of the Bare Face Sponges for only £12 that has one white and one black sponge, the black one is perfect for removing makeup as it doesn't stain at all and the white one is perfect for washing your face or removing skincare products.

Paul & Joe Makeup
I am loving this eyeshadow duo and eyeliner from Paul & Joe as little stocking stuffers because have you seen the packaging? They are so beautiful, it makes the perfect gift for yourself or someone you love. I love that the eyeshadow duo has two shades that can either be worn together or separately and you can literally just pop in and out whichever shades you want into the compact so it's perfect for taking away with you. The eyeshadows have a beautiful shimmer to them and blend perfectly together.

I am always on the hunt for the perfect eyeliner cause I find with a lot of eyeliners that the brushes are too thick especially for my hooded eyes. This liquid eyeliner from Paul & Joe has a super fine brush tip so you can get that lined look whilst being able to see your eyeshadow too. I wore the brown shade which complemented my green eyes and I was surprised that it actually lasted all day, no smudging or fading.

Fraicheur Ice Globes
For all of the skincare, self care queens in your life, these Fraicheur Ice Globes are the must-have present for them. These Ice Globes are designed to be used with face masks, serums, moisturisers to help stimulate blood circulation and improve the overall look of your skin. Putting these ice globes in the freezer helps to de-puff your skin (perfect for first thing in the morning when I have a tired, puffy face) and also reduce inflammation in my face, usually on my cheeks as well as any blemishes.

These Fraicheur Ice Globes are such a luxurious part of my self care routine and honestly I couldn't imagine my pamper evenings without them. I really love using them with hydrating face masks once or twice a week but I have also tried using them with facial serums/oils when I'm having a self care morning or evening and honestly it leaves my skin looking and feeling amazing. You can get the ice globes with glitter in the fluid inside the globes in a range of different colours which as you move the globes around your face, you can see the sparkles floating throughout the globes.

Skimono Face Mask Sets
We all know someone in our life that loves using face masks and if Christmas isn't a time to treat these people to some boujee face masks, when is the time to?! This year Skimono have brought out a range of discovery packs of their amazing face masks, I've been in love with the anti-ageing indulgence face mask set which contains an anti-ageing face mask, total conditioning foot mask, and intense nourishment hand mask.

All of the Skimono products are the production of years of research and planning, with the founders Marinella & Brendan determined to bring Bio-cellulose to the UK skincare market. The face and eye masks use the highest grade, organic bio-cellulose, is 100% natural and biodegradable. Depending on the person you're buying for, Skimono have got a bunch of these discovery packs so you can find the pack that best suits the person you're buying for and the one they'll like the most.

Alterna Haircare Gift Sets
While I might be all about skincare and makeup, I have quite a few loved ones in my life that their hair comes first over anything else (my hair is always a 2nd thought). This year Alterna has brought out five different gift sets which encompass their different range's they offer. I've become obsessed with the My Hair, My Canvas range, particularly the Everyday Me Time shampoo and conditioner.

The Everyday Me Time shampoo and conditioner is a gentle, moisturising vegan formula that enhances shine and smoothness, whilst also being kind to the environment at the same time. It is filled with vegan botanical caviar and water lily extract, it's designed to be good for most hair types and is also safe for colour-treated hair. The Everyday Me Time range is the second Alterna range that I've tried and honestly every single range I've tried, I have fallen in love with the scents and my hair has felt/smelt amazing even from the first wash.

The Body Shop Gift Sets
I feel like it's not Christmas without The Body Shop Christmas gifts that they always bring out. I've been buying Christmas gifts for various family and friends since I was a teenager and I first found out about The Body Shop. This year not only are The Body Shop offering you some amazing Christmas gifts for your loved ones but they're also giving back to the selfless young carers for others year round with the charity The Honey Pot Children's and Family Carers Ireland to help give young carers in the UK and Ireland build brighter futures and create happy childhood memories. There are about a million and one different gifts that The Body Shop offer this year whether you're looking for someone's main gift or you want to find something to add onto someone's gift/put in their stocking.

One of my favourite gifts to get for anyone that wears makeup is the Calm & Camomile Cleansing set which contains the iconic cleansing butter as well as the eye makeup remover and a muslim cleansing cloth. Myself and my mum have tried these camomile makeup removers and neither of us have had a reaction and my mum has even more sensitive skin than me! I have found these makeup removers have tackled even my most hardcore waterproof, long lasting makeup including long wear eyeliner and waterproof mascara without the need to rub until my eyes are red and irritated. So it's perfect for gifting to anyone you know that wears makeup cause it's suitable for even the most sensitive skin.

Bubble & Raar
I found Bubble & Raar back in October (I think) all thanks to TikTok and since I found Dani I've been literally placed an order every month cause her wax melts and home fragrances are incredible and I low-key have become a little obsessed with them. This Christmas Bubble & Raar have launched six different festive scents (not including the Snow Fairy scent which is available year round!) and it's not just your standard wax melt snap bar, they have snap bars, wax melt drops, stars, snowflakes, candles and tea lights.

Bubble & Raar is so incredibly reasonably priced that you can either pick up their wax melt drops gift set in one of seven different festive scents for only £13, perfect if you're doing a secret santa or doing budget friendly presents. Or you can do what I did and just buy a bunch of the smaller items that I thought they would like and grouped them together with some chocolates and a face mask or a mini bottle of their favourite alcohol.

Poo-Pourri Christmas Scents
I have brothers so there is usually a gag gift in there from them and I feel like in years past they would have gotten something like this as a gag gift but since I got into home reset and restocks videos on TikTok, I feel like these Poo-Pourri sprays we're in every single bathroom restock video that I came across so they seem to have blown up over the past couple of years. For Christmas this year they've brought out three different festive scents that come in the cutest glitter packaging I've ever seen. These Poo-Pourri festive scents are great as a little stocking stuffer gift for yourself or others, I personally love the Oh, Spritzmas Tree scent and the festive coloured bottles look so cute out in your bathroom.

IDentity Lingerie Japanese Silk Pyjamas
I have been a huge fan of IDentity Lingerie since September/October time and honestly they make the nicest pjs that I have ever owned and I've been obsessed with wearing my pink short pyjamas since they arrived on my doorstep. For me, getting some pyjamas are a safe bet cause who doesn't love some cute pjs, especially when they're handmade with Japanese silk?!

IDentity Lingerie have got such a gorgeous selection to choose from, including their newly launched Christmas ones which are in festive red and green (I personally think they look to die for!). Not only do they offer set colours/styles, they also offer a completely customisable option so if you know someone like me who is 5 foot nothing or some one who struggles getting pjs that fit if they're tall. IDentity Lingerie offer you the ability to choose everything from colour, piping, sleeve length, trouser length, size of the top and bottom, and height. Honestly if someone got me pjs that fit perfectly everywhere, that is the present I'd be over the moon for and I'd always remember!

Masha Hasel Handbags
We all know someone that is handbag obsessed and has a different bag to match every outfit and I for one love getting a new handbag so I've fallen in love with the Masha Hasel website cause they've got such a range of designs so whether you're looking for a small clutch bag, all the way up to tote style bags. I went for the Alba Studded crossbody bag in black and it can be used as either a cross body style or as a little shoulder bag, I've loved using it as a little shoulder bag and can loved how it dresses up an outfit.

The Alba Studded crossbody is made from a gorgeous quilted, vegan leather and inside it has two open pockets with one larger zipper pocket in between. The bag is long enough that my iPhone comfortably fits inside one of the open pockets and still has space so if you have one of the most recent releases, it'd fit comfortably inside. I've used mine a handful of times and it's perfect for going out to events or dinner/drinks. I've already got my eye on a couple of bags for my Christmas list.

What's on Christmas wish list?

Speak to you next time!
