Finding My Beauty Essentials At Jack's Supermarket

Danielle Levy, Jack's Supermarket, beauty, beauty blogger, Wirral blogger, Liverpool blogger,

We all know just how much of a beauty addict I am and being a beauty addict can quickly eat into my monthly budget which is not helpful when you're trying to buy a house so I'm always looking to get my beauty essentials whilst also getting great value for money. Thankfully this month I was introduced to the wonderful Jack's supermarket which offer your favourite products that are great quality and at bargain prices.

Jack's Supermarket
Jack's Supermarket is founded by the very same person that founded the Tesco we all know and love, Mr Jack Cohen (get it?!). Jack's has stores all across the UK, you can find your local ones here. They focus on British sourced products, working alongside and supporting British farmers, growers, and producers which allows you to get 100% British meat and milk year round at great prices.

Not only do Jack's offer all the usual groceries you need for your weekly shop but they also have new and different products in their When It's Gone It's Gone aisles which get updated every Thursday. These limited products range from homeware and electricals to kid toys and garden furniture.  These aisles are dangerous for me cause I always end up with a handful of goodies that wasn't actually on my shopping list but that I definitely needed!

Finding My Beauty Essentials
As someone who always feels like there isn't enough hours in the day, I love when I can find some of my beauty essentials whilst also getting my food shop done at the same time. I went into Jack's to find some new products to refresh my usual skincare and body care routine cause I wanted to have a bit of a pamper evening. I was so impressed that Jack's not only had some of my favourite beauty brands, they also had some more new brands that I've never seen before like Creightons and W7. Thankfully I managed to pick up everything I wanted with all of the products being £4 and under!

I found a bunch of pamper night essentials whilst in Jack's from the Creightons brand which honestly has the cutest packaging. Their products would also make a really cute pamper basket gift (yes I'm always thinking about Christmas). I mostly decided to go for the vanilla & macadamia scented products cause that is my favourite scent especially as we're going into autumn. I'm so impressed with the quality of these body care products, particularly the shower scrub and body butter. The shower scrub was only £1.99 and the body butter was £3.29 for a giant 500ml tub, body scrubs and body butters are my key autumn/winter products and these ones from Jack's are quickly becoming my top favourites. The shower scrub leaves my skin so smooth and the body butter literally melts into my skin and leaves my skin feeling so soft without that horrible greasy feeling!

I wanted to do a bit of a skincare refresh with the changing of the seasons and with someone that has really dry skin, I was all over the H20 Boost collection at Jack's. Depending on your skin concerns, they do also have other ranges but for a skincare refresh I mainly went for the H20 Boost range as well as trying the Pure Blends range and some old favourites from Nivea and Garnier. I am all for this H20 Boost range as it's filled with hyaluronic acid and marine algae extract so it's perfect for those of us that need an added hit of hydration but it also helps to improve your skin's elasticity. I have fairly sensitive skin so I find that my skin gets a bit red and irritated with new skincare, particularly face wash, scrubs and micellar waters. Thankfully the whole H20 Boost and Pure Blends range were safe on not only mine but also my mums sensitive skin (her face seems to react to everything!). Since becoming a beauty blogger, I've tried my fair share of skincare products and honestly these skincare products performed as well as some of my higher end favourites.

Overall I'm so impressed with Jack's supermarket and I can see it becoming a new favourite place to shop for myself and my family, I only wish they had some on the Wirral. I found Jack's not only such great value for money but their products have such great quality, you're truly getting a steal!

What are your pamper night essentials?
