Diary Of A Spoonie: The Start

Danielle levy, chronic illness, chronic pain, spoonie, nurse, lifestyle blogger, Wirral blogger, Liverpool blogger,

For a little while now whenever I've shared something on my social media about my chronic illness or anxiety, it's always been really well received and it amazed me how much awareness needs to go into invisible illnesses so I thought that now life is starting to resume again (and actual medical appointments would be going ahead), I would start a little mini series on my blog (and maybe it will spill over onto my social media too) talking about the diary of a twenty something spoonie who's also a nurse.

To anyone that is new to my blog or me, let's start with a little introduction. Hi, I'm Danielle, I'm in my late twenties and I've suffered with chronic illnesses since my early teens and chronic pain for the past couple of years. Even with all of these I've managed to get my nursing degree, run a lifestyle blog and even become a critical care nurse.

"Living with chronic pain is hard, but dealing with those who don't care or understand is harder!"

I'm not going to lie I started this series on a whim so I haven't 100% decided what I am or are not going to include in it, so if you've got anything you would particularly like to see me write about, please feel free to let me know in the comments below. After getting such a good response to my Instagram post last week, I am completely open to talking about anything whether you want to hear about dealing with frustrating investigations, my favourite chronic pain products or dating with an invisible illness, just let me know.

Let's build a community of spoonies in the comments below!

Speak to you next time!
