Trying Personalised Supplements | Vive Wellness

Everything in the UK is so up and down right now but it's so important for us all to be healthy physically and mentally right now so I decided to go ahead with my usual posting schedule as much as I'm able with work. I for one definitely don't take care of myself as I should and my nutrition seems to have become a bit of an after thought with how busy I've been this year but for the past month I've been trying to take steps to improve my health and one of these steps is putting personalised vitamins to the test.

Vive
Vive Wellness is a family run business that was created in 2018 and was born when the creators Jason and Dexter were living a lifestyle that didn't leave them at their best and when similarly to me they started looking into adding supplements into their diet to help improve how they felt, they were left feeling completely confused and overwhelmed with all the choices and deciding which ones were right for them. Every person is unique so why shouldn't your supplements be personalised to you? That's where Vive Wellness personalised nutrition advice service helps to evaluate your current lifestyle and eating habits to assess what you need, offer honest guidance and better quality products for a reasonable price.

Did you know that almost two-thirds of UK population take some form of vitamin or supplements? But are they right for you & how do you know?

My Experience
Right now it's so important that everyone takes really good care of their health, mentally and physically so I couldn't think of a better time to share my experiences with Vive Vitamins. I've been incorporating them into my daily routine for the past month and I'm really impressed with how I got along with them.

I found it so easy to get started with Vive, all I had to do was go onto the website and fill out their lifestyle consultation which uses things like your age, gender, your lifestyle, diet and current health to formulate a report on your lifestyle and diet which then brings you a personalised pack of supplements. It not only tells you where the supplement pack is designed to help with but also exactly which supplements they recommend for you, the dose and what it'll do for you. You then get the option to edit the pack so you can add in additional supplements so if you usually take hair, skin and nails or a vitamin D supplement or even a prenatal you can add these into your monthly pack so that you have it there all in one pouch and better yet, one payment. So I was recommended the Joint Soother, the Body Protector, the Bone Companion and the Energiser but I decided to make some edits to my pack. I decided to take out the Energiser which is a vitamin B12 supplement purely because I am on B12 injections as I can't digest B12. I also added in the Chill Pill and Super Hair, Skin & Nails supplements.

From completing my order to arriving at my house, it was here in a few days which I was really impressed with as each order has to be personalised to you, packed and shipped! The supplements arrived in a cylinder tube filled with my daily supplement packages as well as small cards that contained the information about each supplement. They also personalise your package even more by including a welcome card with your name hand written on it. Now I am like a child with swallowing tablets so it took me a little while to get used to swallowing supplements everyday but I did eventually get used to it. I loved that I could take the packets of supplements with me, previously when I've used supplements they've just come in one big container so it's meant that if I'm busy or running late then I end up forgetting to take my supplements so having these in little packets worked out perfectly for me as I was able to take the packets with me on the go so I didn't have to worry about forgetting to take them before I leave the house, perfect when I'm up and out of the house for work by 6am.

I wanted to give the supplements a good month trial cause really you need to be taking them consistently for a little while to really tell the difference they make. After a week of taking them consistently I mainly began to notice that my back was feeling better and not aching as much as normal (I suffer from a terrible back and I crack more than a box of rice krispies) and I was feeling more relaxed as my anxiety levels were much better. Towards the end of the month I noticed such an improvement in my skin and particularly the condition of my hands (considering how much I wash them), they looked and felt so much better. I also noticed an improvement in the strength of my hair, normally I malt like crazy and I noticed that whilst I was taking the Super Hair, Skin & Nails supplements it felt so much stronger and I noticed a bunch of baby hairs start growing! I also noticed that throughout the month I slept probably the best and most soundly I've slept which has also helped with my mood, concentration and anxiety during the day.

I love that the personalised sachets make it so easy to take and to take along with you so if your life is as busy as mine is you can still make sure you're getting all the supplements you need. You also get the option that at any time you can go into your account and edit your pack so should to decide that you want to add in a prenatal or digestive enzymes you can do that and simply take them out when you don't need them anymore. Not only that but you can get them delivered each month so you don't have to worry about them running out as they'll arrive just in time for you to start the next month. You can also pause the next delivery as well as delaying it by up to 3 weeks so if you get a bit forgetful one week you don't have to worry about being stuck with an extra weeks worth of supplements.
