Getting Christmas Party Ready With Oasis Fashion | #theOasisChristmasParty

It's the beginning of December and I don't know about you but I'm thinking about all the Christmas parties and events that I've got coming up this month and trying to figure out what to wear that doesn't rinse my bank account dry. This month I've decided that I'm going to repurpose a couple of pieces I've gotten from Oasis Fashion and dress them in different ways to work for my different events.

I don't know about you all but I feel that as soon as we get close to the festive period, a million and one parties and events pop up and I for one don't want to buy an outfit that I can only wear once and then it gets thrown in the back of the wardrobe so I thought for today's blogmas I would share with you all how I'm styling up the same outfit from Oasis Fashion in three different ways to work for three different festive occasions.

Christmas Party
We've all got at least one Christmas party coming up this month and I feel like this year I've moved away from dresses and decided to go for a top and skirt combo as it gives me more freedom with my choices and I can mix and match much easier, that and it's also a lot warmer to wear at this time of year. For my Christmas party, I decided to lighter and brighter with a blush pink bow embellished jumper and the blush pink faux leather midi skirt as I felt that a lot of the colours that I was seeing for party outfits were very deep, dark colours so being a lighter pinker colour makes you stand out from the crowd more. I decided to glam mine up with a white short faux fur coat and some killer heels that are covered in sparkles at the back because who doesn't want a bit of sparkle at Christmas!

Christmas Shopping & Drinks
Since becoming a nurse I feel like I've found my herd and I've settled into my group of friends and Christmas isn't Christmas without some Christmas shopping and drinks with my girls! This jumper and skirt being so comfortable, it's perfect for wearing for a full day of Christmas shopping then following it up with some drinks. I love teaming it with a pair of heeled ankle boots and depending how cold it is you can rock it with a faux leather jacket or if it's a bit colder you can wrap it warm with a wrap style coat and a cute scarf.

Decorating At Home With Family
I even found that with a couple of small changes, this outfit makes for a really sweet outfit for being at home with family and even decorating the Christmas tree. I paired the skirt and jumper with a pair of cute scallop flats, tights and a pair of cute earrings. Being able to have an outfit that I can dress up for going out but then dress down for a nice day with family is really important to someone who's wardrobe is already full to bursting. I found it so comfortable that I was able to wear it all day from early morning to late into the evening without needing to change which is a big feat for someone who loves nothing more than getting straight into my comfies as soon as I possibly can!

This outfit from Oasis Fashion has been one of my favourites to dress up and down depending on the event, I love the bow detailing on the shoulders as you can get a little bit of sparkle without being completely over the top or wearing loads of jewellery, it is also one of the softest jumpers ever. They have got an amazing range in their partywear section so there is something to match your style and your occasion this Christmas.

Have you got your Christmas party outfit?
