Valentine's Day With Roccabox

Roccabox, valentine's day, crabtree and evelyn, liquid lip stain, handcream, makeup brushes, danielle levy,

Does anyone else feel like this year is flying by?! January has been and gone, pancake day and valentine's day have just happened and we're already midway through February. This month's Roccabox arrived at the end of last week and I couldn't wait to delve into it and show you all what's inside it, it's valentine's day themed and supposed to have you date-ready in no time.

Roccabox, valentine's day, crabtree and evelyn, liquid lip stain, handcream, makeup brushes, danielle levy,

I've featured Roccabox several times on my blog and youtube channel. It's a monthly subscription box that collaborates with influencers to create boxes every month that contains 5 products (including full-sized products) for only £13.95 with tracked delivery. This month's Roccabox is all about love, pampering yourself and getting ready for a special night out, whether that's with your partner, your girlfriends or just a self-care pamper night for yourself.

What's Inside

Laritzy Cosmetics Liquid Lip Stain in Deep Orchid ~ I'm a big liquid lipstick girl so I was excited to see this liquid lip stain from Laritzy in this month's box. It's a beautiful deep fuschia, berry colour. It has a velvet matte finish and is supposed to stay on all night giving you fuller looking lips. It's also a full-sized product worth £14 so that's the price of your box back already!

Crabtree & Evelyn Venetian Violet Hand Cream ~ I have tried a couple of hand creams over the years from Crabtree & Evelyn but they have been the more neutral scented ones. This one reminds me of Parmaviolets every time I use it! I love the size of this miniature hand cream as it always seems to take me forever to get through hand creams. I'm not a massive fan of the scent though and I already have so many hand creams that I need to use up so I think this one is gonna go to my mum.

Doucce Fierce and Fine Graphic Marker ~ I'm not a massive liquid eyeliner person mainly because I always butcher it and I also have hooded eyelids which often leads to it smudging. This is another full sized product and you could either get the graphic pen or the graphic eyeliner which both retail for £15. I got given the graphic marker which has a fine tip with a thicker base, it looks like a black marker and you can either make a really fine line with the tip or a thicker winged eyeliner with the base.

FlashPatch Restoring Night Eye Gels ~ I am yet to try out under eye gel pads, I feel like they've been out for ages but I've never tried them because I never seem to see them when I'm out. These eye gel pads are £18 for a pack of 5 and are to be used just before going to bed to help soothe your tired eyes by brightening them, reducing dark circles and fighting wrinkles.

StyLondon Oval Foundation Brush ~ This style of makeup brushes have been around for a little while and again I am yet to try them. This one is by StyLondon is £7.99 and so soft and densely packed. It's supposed to give you a seamless application and flawless looking skin that 'couldn't look better if you face tuned it' which I think is a big claim to make so we shall see if it holds up to it. I'm a bit worried about the brush itself as the body of the brush is plastic and quite bendable so I'm worried that with a bit of pressure it could potentially snap.

Have you tried Roccabox yet?

Speak to you next time!

  1. Never tried Roccabox! Those make-up brushes really intrigue me, I've seen some great looks using them but I just don't know, the difference to a regular brush makes me nervous haha!
