Makeup Revolution Counter Launch

Back at the beginning of September, I had an exciting week of launches and events which I am finally getting around to writing about them all! Whilst everyone was just coming off the high of the new Scouse Bird HQ launch, Makeup Revolution was there with the launch of their new counter in Superdrug in Liverpool One.

Makeup Revolution launched their new counter in Superdrug on the 8th September. This shop in shop format is exclusive to the Superdrug in Liverpool One. When you walk in the counter is right there on the right with prime window real estate so it's sure to catch your eye and draw you in as you walk past. Whilst this might be first counter in the country, Superdrug are planning to launch them in a further 100 stores throughout the UK.

When I arrived, the counter had been launched for 2 hours and it was completely booming so much so that it was difficult for me and the other bloggers to get anywhere near it to get pictures which is amazing for the counter, not so much for my blog. So whilst everyone was raving over the counter, Helen kindly organised for me to get my brows done at the brow bar and my nails done at the Orly nail bar. Throughout the day, Superdrug had invited various bloggers and youtubers to help launch the counter and have mini meet and greets which only helped the counter boom.

With both a wall mounted display and stand alone counter, I love that there is plenty of room meaning that it can be super busy and you can still get in to see the products and swatch till your hearts content. Not only can you have fun playing with the products before you buy them, Superdrug have even installed screens above the counter that will display tutorials and inspiration from the Makeup Revolution ambassadors. Exclusive to the counter for September only was the new Flawless 4 palette which has only just launched which is an major plus to the new counter, giving you exclusive new launches before the rest of the country. This palette is the perfect mix of mattes and shimmers to create everything from a daytime neutral look to a nighttime smokey eye.

I love the look of the new counter with plenty of room and loads of products on display to have a play with, it is the perfect addition to the L1 Superdrug store. I normally take a risk by just ordering the products online and hoping the colour matching is ok, however I'll now be making the trip up to actually try out the products and know that I'm buying the right colours.

Are you looking forward to the new counters?

Speak to you next time!
