Getting Healthy With LIV

LIV organic & natural food market fresh fruit and veg

Liverpool has quickly surpassed London as becoming the trendiest place in the UK. We have got some of the most amazing opportunities coming to Liverpool, including the British Style Collective in July as well as some killer fashion sense. You only have to take a wander up towards Bold street, you will find pretty much every style of fashion from the classic to the more eccentric. Que the latest launch on Bold street, LIV organic & natural food market.....the perfect fit for the ever-fashionable Liverpool!

The LIV organic & natural food market opened it's doors to the lovely people of Liverpool at the end of April and yep as you probably guessed it's a natural and organic market where you can get everything from fresh food to beauty and household products. It even has it's own cafe, big enough to seat 50 so you have another alternative to delicious, healthy food in Liverpool!

As soon as you walk in, nestled behind the cafe is the fresh fruit and veg. Nothing makes you want to eat healthy than seeing all the bright produce sitting in wicker baskets. Not only can you get fresh fruit and vegetables, there are fresh grains, breads, pasta and cheese all available to buy. My favourite part is that not only can you buy your favourite teas and nut butters, you can actually buy your favourite, organic bath, body and home products.

Once myself and the girls had had a good wander round and taken a million and one photos, we settled in the cafe to have a gab and catch up with some delicious vegan food (p.s. the vegan chocolate brownies are to die for!) and non-alcoholic cocktails.

I think LIV is the perfect addition to Liverpool for those that are vegan, vegetarian, health conscious or simply anyone that fancies a change. I love the idea of nipping in with the girls for a Sunday brunch before wandering to get some beautiful peonies and then settling into a coffee shop to get some blog work done......or even gab some more!

Speak to you next time!
