Smart Snacking

I seem to be kind of here and there with snacking (some days it won't bother me if I just have 3 meals a day and then some days I feel like I am constantly hungry) as well as having the right snacks, especially seen as I'm supposed to be being healthy sometimes I've found myself 'forgetting' about having snacks and then subconsciously wanting to eat something that isn't so healthy! Hence this post.....

Let me introduce you to the Graze box, I love this idea of these healthier monthly subscription boxes. I'm sure you have probably all heard about this company as it has been round for ages. The subscription box is letter-boxed shape (meaning you don't have to wait in for it to come), inside comes 4 little boxes with personally selected snacks for you to try.

The 4 snacks I received are:
  • Marvellous Macaron ~ A combination of white chocolate, amaretti drops, almonds and coconut shavings.
  • Salted Fudge & Peanut Cookie ~ A combination of salted peanuts, redskin peanuts, vanilla fudge and mini chocolate cookies.
  • Florentine ~ Belgian dark chocolate, cranberries and pumpkin seeds.
  • Sticky Chocolate Pudding ~ Belgian dark chocolate with green and jumbo raisins.

These look super tasty and I can't wait to dig in! Graze actually have a super offer that comes with your nutritional information in each box where you can get your 1st, 5th & 10th box absolutely free which you can give out to your friends (I have 4 codes if anyone wants one just comment your email and I will send it over).

The best part of these boxes is that they only costs £3.99 per box including shipping and you also get the chance to change the box and your preferences (they have a ton of different snack boxes to choose from) right up until the days before it is due to arrive.

I also love the attention to detail with the website as before you've even received a box you get the opportunity to go through the snacks (with pictures and descriptions!) and pick which ones you would don't want, would like to try, and want sending soon. They offer a ton of different boxes according to what you are looking for, everything from massive sharing boxes, chocolate, light (under 150 calories), kids, flapjack, breakfast and many more! The best part is you can switch between the different boxes as all the boxes are the same price (bar the sharing box), so each month if you fancy something different you can alter it to suit your tastes or cravings.

Now you can only pick to have them delivered weekly or bi-monthly, so I currently have mine set to bi-monthly and then I just delay it to the end of the monthly which makes them monthly. I also like that you can 'book' holidays so when you are away somewhere nice getting a tan, you don't have to worry about coming back to box on box on box!

If you fancy getting your hands on one, you can check them out here

What do you guys think of snack subscription boxes?
