Lush at Christmas never fail to make me feel festive, every year they have incredible gifts as well as amazing limited edition products. So when the lovely at LUSH Liverpool invited me along to their Christmas blogger event, I just had to pop along and check it out!

I was a little bit unsure going to this event as I had previously been to one around Halloween all about their Halloween and Christmas event so I wasn't really sure what they were going to do. However, they surprised us and gave us all a private viewing of the spa with little minature treatments.

I was just a touch late as I had to rush over from the Magic Candy Factory in John Lewis but I arrived just as everyone was being divided into little groups to be taken around the spa. In each treatment room, the spa therapists talked us through what each treatment involved, the price and then we had little things planned in each room that actually related to the spa treatments. In the comforter room, we had candy floss cocktails and rose serum hand and arm massages. In the planets room, we had palm readings. In the tales of bath, we observed on of the staff getting a neck massage (she looked so relaxed!). Whilst we were there we also got the chance to make our own bath bomb! Yes we made our own Lush bath bomb and we even got to make one of the spa exclusive bath bombs, Golden Slumber which meant I got to take home and use a bath bomb that you cannot buy in store!

The spa looks incredible inside and considering it's sat right in the middle of town, just outside of Liverpool One, it's incredible quiet and calming. You feel like you are miles away from the hustle of everyone getting their Christmas shopping done. I didn't realise until I went to the event but whenever you have a treatment there's so much time and dedication that happens. Each treatment is given 10-20 minutes beforehand to talk it through with the spa therapists, you then have your treatment and afterwards there is no rushing out of the room after your treatment, you are given plenty of time to relaxa and enjoy the room before you leave. They said they normally only have about 4 of each treatments a day due to the time they dedicate to each treatment.

I definitely want to go back and get the planets and comforter treatments and I also want to get the validation facial. They all look incredible and so relaxing, I think I'm gonna save up for the planet one first as it's their most expensive spa treatment at £285 for 180 minutes.

Have you tried any of the Lush spa treatments?

Speak to you next time!
