First Impressions ~ Gravitate Nutrition

If you have been reading my blog since the start of 2016, you will know that one of my new year's resolutions is to tone up and lose some weight. I'm not going to lie, I started in January doing really well with working out and eating well & unfortunately things slipped as they do and I put 14-hour shifts ahead of working out/eating extremely healthy. So last week when I got the chance to try out Gravitate's 30-day weight loss kit, I nearly jumped out of my seat to try it!

Gravitate Nutrition is a UK based company that specialise in 100% natural diet supplements that don't have any nasty side effects. They have kits for 14, 30 and 120 days, they also ship their kits internationally so you don't have to worry about not being able to get these kits of goodness! They have also been rated #2 in the top 5 diet pills for 2016 in the UK which makes me feel super confident in taking these as I know they have been tested against 200 other weight loss supplements and came out as one of the top ones!

All of the kits come in two parts, the Dietvits and Superscult which when combined help to make you feel fuller, reduce snacking, prevent cravings whilst boosting your metabolism, strengthening your immune system, reducing fatigue and maintaining healthy skin, hair and nails. All of which sounds really good to me!!

I have been saying for the last two months that I need to get some daily multivitamins (mainly because I'm a grown so I should be taking these things right?! I also don't think that I get them all from what I eat etc), I love that these multivitamins actually help with weight loss whilst giving you energy and help fight fatigue (a massive plus for someone with a B12 deficiency).

I ordered this all on Thursday/Friday and it turned up on Saturday so the standard delivery is super fast! I don't know why but I expected the containers they all came in to be huge but it's they're actually quite small and discreet. The tablets themselves aren't massive like most which is a massive plus for me cause I am awful at swallowing tablets! The multivitamin is a thin long oval shape and the supersculpt is the same shape and size as cold & flu capsules (yes that was literally the first thing that came to my head!).

So I started my 30 day kit on Monday (cause every diet starts on a Monday right?!) and I took all my weight and inch measurements on Sunday so I can see the difference this kit combined with healthy eating and exercise has had. I will definitely be reporting back in a month with the results, I might also be posting a video on my YouTube channel as well so stay tuned for that!

If you want to check these kits out, you can find them here.

Speak to you next time!
*This kit was sent to me to try out and review. All opinions expressed in this post are 100% honest and my own. I have been offered an affiliate link to use cause a poor student needs a little bit of support right?!

  3. What was the packing like on the actual shipment? Like the box/envelop it was mailed in? How discreet was it?

    1. The packaging was actually really plain, it came in a white envelope that was folded up and then put into a second plain white envelope with just my address on so it was super discreet! xx
