NWmeet Goody Bag

Like I promised in my NWmeet post, I said I would tell you guys how amazing Katy and Sam did in getting brands involved and the amazing goody bags they had waiting for us!

When we arrived they had arranged for there to be an amazing snack table that we could all snack on throughout the event and they even had the super cool idea to have little bags so that we could make snack bags to take away with us. I picked up some Propercorn Sweet Coconut & Vanilla and Sweet & Salty popcorn (these are so delicious!!), Green & Black's 70% dark chocolate, Primal Pantry hazelnut & cocoa paleo bar, Just Bee blueberry, lemon & honey infused water and finally Blk. water (which blew everyone's mind at the actual event!).

The lovely people from LUSH Liverpool gave us some samples of skincare products to try. I got the Imperialis moisturiser, 9 to 5 cleanser, Ultrabland cleanser, and the Mask of Magnaminty. I'm super excited to try all of these as I love LUSH and their skincare is amazing!

I got this candle in a bell jar from Rose & Grey Interiors, I mean how cute is this?!! It's a gold pineapple!!! I have already been browsing their website and planning things I want for my flat (I haven't even moved out yet and I'm already planning how I want it to look!).

We also got the chance to pick out a cropped t-shirt from Girls On Film, we got to choose either the white with black stripes, grey with black stripes or white with bright pink writing on. I love that we all got the chance to choose whichever colour we fancied! I stuck with white as I love to pairing slogan t-shirts with a blazer, jeans and ankle boots for a cute everyday outfit.

I loved that Katy and Sam managed to get some local brands involved with the goody bags as well, the mini Buddha and incense sticks are from a shop on Bold street called Shared Earth (they sell some amazing things, definitely worth checking out if you are in Liverpool!). We also got the Tangle Angel keyring brush (have never tried these tangle teaser type brushes but they look interesting!), S8 nutry shampoo, and a Jones & Jones mirror.

For a super cute touch Katy and Sam had gotten some pencils personalised for the meet up, they actually said 'Thanks for coming to #NWmeet'. We also got the amazing set of 3 notebooks from Caroline Gardner which I have a possible project coming up for these!

Of course it couldn't be a blogger meet up without some beauty products! I got UBU M'Emery files, Hoobynoo halloween nail stickers, Orly Epix flexible nail colour, Morgan Taylor nail polish in Watch Your Step, Sister (this is AMAZING, I've tried it already and have a ton of their colours on my wishlist!), and Smith & Cult nail polish in Fauntleroy (which I cannot wait to try!).

We also go the Phil Smith Dry Cleaners dry shampoo, anyone that has tried this needs to let me know as I am normally a die-hard Batiste girl. I also got the Brume d'Oreiller Lavender & Acacia pillow mist (will be super helpful for when I just cannot drift off!), Crabtree & Evelyn Nantucket Briar hand cream, and the one everyone got most excited for Tarte Lights, Camera, Flashes mascara!

We also got some body bits which I'm super excited to try out, Louella Belle whipped ginger body creme (this intrigued me as it's in such strange packaging!), Manuka Doctor sent us their Mini Hero Kit, Bee Good sent their 2-in-1 honey & propolis cream cleanser that came with the tiniest cutest little muslin cloth! I also received a Lavender & oatmeal soap from Soaq which smells amazing.

I also got some hair care samples from Oribe a brand I have never tried before! I got a sample of the Masque for Beautiful Colour and the Smooth Style Serum (both of which I am super excited to try out!). I also got ARK age prepare: skin purifying masque, I love face masks so I am looking forward to try this out and the next product as I've tried these brands before! Lastly I also got the Alpha-H Vitamin E serum, I've heard great things about this brand (some lucky ladies even got some of the Liquid Gold!).

Lastly we got some samples and drink related bits! The guys at Wildflower Favours sent some wildflower seeds that were personalised with #NWmeet on the front. Hope & Glory Coffee Co. sent some coffee samples, I got the chance to try out the Blenheim Blend which was delicious and didn't last long in my house! We also got the We Are Tea peppermint leaf infusion tea, I am slowly getting into other teas other than just basic English tea. I also got the Face Matters morning moisture moisturiser, a sample from Love Honey, and a sample of the Le Couvent des Minimes Hiker's Foot healer cream. Cheerz also send us a code to create 5 free photo strips which I am going to try out soon!

This was such an amazing meet up for my first blogger meet up and I can't wait for more to come, I love being able to chat with other bloggers from throughout the North West and being able to get tips and tricks off them as well as asking them a bunch of questions.
