What do I miss out when I diet?

As you may know I am on a gradual journey to loose weight, get healthier and be fitter. Now when I was thinking about my diet and what to eat and what not to eat, I never thought about what I'd be missing if I cut something out! Lately I've been following more and more fitness people on social media and realised that I am missing out without all the vitamins and minerals I need when I'm refining my diet (even if I unintentionally try not to!), which has led me to this product......

I got these multivitamins from Forza Supplements, these guys do everything from weight management, to sports & lifestyle nutrition as well as heart health and fitness training. When I went on their website I noticed that the brand is well known with everyone even celebrities, with sections where you can actually read people's weight loss/fitness journeys as well as how they accomplished it with Forza supplements.

These babies came super fast all safely packaged up, I do the love the postal packaging it came in as I was fully aware of what it was that was arriving, as well as their social media links and even a helpline telephone number right on the box. The detail that has gone into the box for the multivitamins is just amazing, the product is targeted towards women so it's pink themed (sorry guys!). The packaging also echoes the information that comes in the little book inside, telling you exactly what vitamins and minerals are included as well as the important bit.....why!

You are probably wondering what is included in these wonder capsules.....

There are 13 vitamins and minerals included in each capsule, some of the big ones are Zinc, vitamin C, vitamin B, vitamin K, and vitamin D. Many people don't realise that when dieting and cutting things out such as dairy, red meat and having a diet low in fat can cause you to not reach the requirement of vitamins your body needs on a daily basis.

These only cost £7.49 for a 30 day supply, I do love that Forza offer a 2 month supplement for £12.99 which makes it slightly cheaper for you! It's also important to mention these multivitamins are suitable for vegetarians as well as not containing any gluten, yeast or salt. Each box of multivitamins also includes a little booklet that includes information about weight gain and dietary information as well as healthy recipes, exercise tips, a diet journal, useful trade downs, and a really helpful FAQ section (something I've never seen besides on a website!).

Now I've been taking these for 2 weeks as part of my healthy diet and exercise and I am falling in love with them. I've started to get into the routine of taking them first thing in the morning after I've eaten my breakfast and I find that that's how they work best for me, however it's completely up to you how you want to take them.

When I begun taking them I was coming towards needing my injections for my B12 deficiency and these were a super big help and definitely gave me the energy to get off my butt and get moving, it's also helped with the super long days at placement! One thing I have noticed is that due to having an autoimmune disorder I am predisposed to having a poor immune system and catching infections easier, case in point I caught the flu in July! Having the vitamin D in these capsules I've noticed my immune system has gotten better, I've been able to get over having the flu easier and faster than I would have normally.

My only small quip is the size of the capsule, I was one of those people that up until about 2-3 years ago I couldn't swallow any tablets and had to get all medications in liquid form. That being said I'm still not great with big tablets/capsules, however I do find these easier as they are softer so it's not so uncomfortable to swallow with some water and if it's that hard I'm sure there is no problem with opening the capsule and putting it on a spoon of porridge or yoghurt!

Do you take multivitamins when you are loosing weight? Do you think it made a difference for you?
